I love the look of this barrel. I was slightly disappointed to see that the bands were made of wood and not metal. My error for not reading the description. I am going to try to add weatherproofing since I want this outside. I would have liked an option to have this added so I don't have to do it myself. All in all I am very pleased.

Our postings look so much more professional with the DisplayMart holders.

I had 10 top loading 11 X 17 poster holders for our box office. They worked great at first but then they started to flop open enough that we were taping them shut.

I ordered (Pre-designed advertising banner flags) side mounting 11 x 17 to replace the top loading. They are more rigid but slightly harder to change out.

I am able to mount the top loading holders with suction cups in window and mirror areas. By placing the short side to the glass, the two pieces do not separate. pop up trade show tents suppliers

Except for the service I got when I made a call telling person screws were too short to do the job necessary, the item was fine. The company sent another unit (which wasn't really necessary). The second unit was no better than the first since the screws were still too short. Apparently customer service person wasn't paying attention to what the problem was! Had to purchase screws that would fit.

Recently purchased a few sign posts for a restaurant. The screws stripped and fell apart trying to assemble. Frustrating trying to assemble poor quality parts to a poorly fabricated post. Tossed the entire post and went with an alternative.

The display signs are beautiful. Shipping was really high. I think you should have a low cost option available. I didnt need the shelves to be FedExed. There were no directions in the box or linked to your website. It made installation very difficult and for this reason we would not purchase from you again.

The problem was not with the staff but with the product. the instructions are not real clear and when you watch the video it shows two ladies putting it together but it does not show them turning it over and that was our problem. When it was turned over a piece of the large table broke off.

It would have been nice if there were instructions in the box. Also, the smartphone holder is too small for my iPhone...something they failed to mention. It's a weekend, so there's no one to speak with until Monday, and you only have 7 days to return items.

I've always received good service and good delivery even with the snow storms that were all over the states. Nice product, wasn't exactly what I expected. Its larger than expected and the opening for withdrawing tickets is not large enough for the size of the barrel. The main feature we liked about it was it was on a stand with wheels, which made it very manageable. We are going to try to make it work or we may have to return it.

I ordered (Pre-designed advertising banner flags) product FMA01 with 2nd Day Air on Wednesday, August 12 at 11:00am. The website states that the product was in stock. I expected the product to arrive on Monday 17th, based on the 2nd day air cost. Our company needed the display for Tuesday 18th. Each day after placing the order, I checked the tracking number provided and each day it said, label created. When the product was still in label mode and it had not arrived by Wednesday the 19th, I called customer service. I was lucky enough to have Heather Devoll answer. She researched the issue, kept me informed and had them shipped the next day Thursday 20th with next day air. Needless to say, they arrived on Friday 21st, and Heather was gracious enough to credit partial shipping cost.

The reason for the 2 star, is pretty self explanatory. We paid for 2 day air shipping, and your website states the order will be shipped the same day if ordered (Pre-designed advertising banner flags) by 11:00am. Even if it wasn't ordered (Pre-designed advertising banner flags) by 11:00am, it should not have taken 7 business days to arrive. It probably would have been longer, had I not called 5 business days after I made the order. Our company wasted a week of advertisement, and that is huge to us.

Would we order from DisplayMart again? Probably not, but if we do, you can thank Heather Devoll for her great customer service.
