My counter looks amazing, but for the price of shipping I thought I would not have to put it together by myself, and I also ordered (Flags Printing Services) the graphic acrílic on the front but it doesn’t have any markings or holes where it goes, I had to figure it out and power drill it by myself. It looks great now but it could have been easier, also my front panel was dented, no big deal because is on the inside, but still again... 250 dolars of shipping, and they didn’t even took it inside... dropped on the street.

After I cleaned my base with paper towel, I noticed that there were two cracks on it. Because the fibers had gotten in, the only way i could make it black was with nail polish. Then I attempted to use it for my display project and that did not go well.

We purchased the brochure shelf and when attempting to put it together realized what bad quality it was. The let covers did not fit correctly and we had to bore the metal so that the screws could fit.
Also, the alan wrench "tool" they gave us to tighten the screws did not even fit in the screws! Luckily we had extra tools on had to force the stand together!

We've purchased many items from DisplayMart over the last several years and have always had smooth transactions. In our last purchase, 2 items were damaged inside the packaging, not from shipping. One phone call took care of it and they went above expectations. For one item the minimum purchase was two and we only needed one so they credited one. On the second it was one piece of a 5 piece set. They sent a whole replacement set even though I only needed the one piece. It was easier for them, sure, but I did get the extra value of using the 4 pieces that were good.

The flags come fully equipped with sturdy poles and a carrying case which itself is worth the purchase price. It has compartments for the flag, poles and extra room for other tools or flags. I ordered (Flags Printing Services) a large amount of frames from you which were listed as backordered (Flags Printing Services) for 12 days. I subsequently got way too many emails asking me for feedback, giving me discount codes (even though I asked for one earlier) and asking me to come back.

I haven't yet gotten one single update on my order yet. I think you should adjust your spamming until after products have been received or it is very frustrating to the customer.

The television mount arrived and appears to be a well-made piece that will meet out needs. The directions were not all that they might have been, and there was such an array of extra parts that we joked about what on earth they could have been intended for.
But neither fuzzy directions nor extra parts would deter me from recommending this company or the product.
