I purchased 70 packets of metal slat wall inserts.
I spent over $5,000.00 which included rush shipment.
When the inserts arrived they did not fit at all.
We had to modify at least 800 slats to make these work as I did not have time to return and look elsewhere.
This took 5 guys 3 12 hours days to rectify.
Very dissatisfied as the website says compatible with 2'x4' slatwall which is what we had. Did not work at all. Do not buy these.
I rated as a 1 but there was no rude conduct as I did not have time to deal with this. I just made it work at a tremendous cost to my company in the form of labor to fix.

We had a problem with the item when it arrived though the customer service at DisplayMart took care of the issue with very little effort on our part. Our trash can enclosure arrived damaged at no fault of DisplayMart and despite it not being their fault the representative was quick to ship us a replacement item and only required we send in some pictures of the damage.

Table is just as described, although the top is dented in several places. When I ordered (Custom flags for events & branding) it I noticed several reviews which said their table was damaged as well. This issue should be addressed.

Had a terrible experience from the beginning. Communication is the biggest area of opportunity as responses for emails seemed to take forever. There was no sense of urgency on anyone that I spoke to, and if i sent an email to the art team without replying all to a previous email thread that conversation gets lost. I've ordered (Custom flags for events & branding) through this company many times but this is by far the worst and I will most certainly do more research to find an alternative company to order my retractable banners through.

Recently I bought some cheese shakers (pleased with purchase) to use as a baby shower favor. When one shaker arrived broken customer service promptly sent a replacement. Very few questions were asked. Later when due to an extremely unfortunate circumstance I found myself needing to return the order, I found your return policy is a little harsh. I know you deal mainly with restaurants but not all your customers are big businesses. I hope my refund is sent in a timely fashion.

Website is great! shows how the mounts work, I received exactly what I thought I was going to. Fast shipping, easy ordering process, and most of all the best prices around. If your looking for a TV mount this is the place to shop!! the other box stores, like Wal-Mart and Best buy are over priced and don't have a very big selection to choose from. Not to mention those two stores don't show how the mount functions.

I purchased a set of pedestals on 1/9/2018, the website claimed there was a 3-day delay before shipping. It is now 1/19/2018 and it has not shipped, nor have I received any update on why it hasn't shipped yet. I've called a few times and I'm told each time "it should ship on Friday" but the end of the day is nearing and so far, no update on if it has shipped.

The trade in value of my Rendezvous wasn't very much but the vehicle was still in great condition inside / outside / and engine. I decided to give it to my niece so that she could get a job and have her own transportation but since I was 58 and she was 16 it needed a few modern updates. I chose the Sexy Mama Fox line..... only because the Fox was so darn cute. I changed the wording of Sexy Mama (not appropriate for a young lady) to her name....Amanda. I added a throw blanket to drape over the back seat and safely secured a stuffed FOX in the center seatbelt. To finish I added a fruity air freshener and this girl was driving in style. You CAN'T wipe the smile off of her face !! Thanks DisplayMart for helping me make one very deserving teenager happy ! This little gal would willingly give the world anything she could do within her power and is going to go places!!!! NOW she can go in STYLE !!!
