A great experience to design online and cost effective with a speedy delivery BUT there was bleed on four of the yard signs. Seems when they printed them, they were printed out of alignment. The final product that I received was not acceptable and therefore I don't think I would order signs from them again.

Unfortunately, we think you need to look into your shipper and their handling of your goods, because our experience seems to point toward this being the bigger problem.

We needed to relocate the tv in our motorhome due to a new antenna system. I ordered (Curved Top flags) a bracket that we thought would work for our tv but our installer was worried about how secure the tv and bracket would be. We called customer service to get a return and they were very nice and allowed me to return it in the box, even the shipping box. We are waiting for a refund through the credit card company. I hope it goes through shortly. The product was very good, solid and well made. It just did not fit our need. I would trust DisplayMart again.

For Mother's Day last year, I had an acquaintance of mine that I was incarcerated with, draw a beautiful portrait of my mother and her mother (who had somewhat recently passed away), together, with a realistic looking wooden lattice border around the 11" by 14" borders, as well as roses of all different stages of bloom intertwined in the lattice. I sent it to her just before mother's day and she appreciated it so much that it brought tears to her eyes. Imagine that, her baby boy is in prison and every chance he gets he still does the best he can to make sure that his mother feels loved, appreciated, and cared about. Although I expected her to, and asked her multiple times to get it framed, as I was away and unable to do so, she procrastinated and never got it together. I just came home recently and I realized that framing it would be the perfect Christmas present. Inexpensive and thoughtful, finishing what I started.... So I looked and looked until I found a frame that I wanted to order and I marked the page as a favorite and intended to purchase it when I got paid. I got an email from the company a few days later, letting me know that the frame i was interested it was not only still availiable to me, but that it had also just been put on sale for over 60% off it's already discounted price. I used ground delivery (the cheapest option), and it got here super fast and was wrapped nice and properly to prevent any damaging during shipping. The picture fit perfect, it looks amazing and I just know that my mother is gonna love it when she opens it christmas morning. My only complaint is that it does not come with a string to tie across the back so I can hang it the way I want to. All in all tho it is a nice product and I recommend this company for all your framing needs.

I am extremely impressed and pleased with my experience with DisplayMart. I ordered (Curved Top flags) 6 fold-up high top tables and they were shipped within 2 days of ordering. The only downside was that 2 of the tables were damaged in transit. The customer service representative I spoke with was extremely sympathetic and helpful when I called to report the damage. She promptly sent out replacements at no charge and didn't require me to send back the damaged items. I highly recommend DisplayMart!

The service was very good. Product arrived within a few days. The packaging of the drop boxes ordered (Curved Top flags) was terrible for items being shipped through UPS or mail. Both cartons were crushed and the items inside were scratched and bent. The plexi-glass frames have small cracks in them. Due to a time constraint, the boxes were hung instead of returned.

We needed a transportable kiosk for trade shows that is better and cheaper than renting on-site. This one from DisplayMart is great. Small, compact, yet rugged enough. It has an open back and an inner shelf. We play to secure PC with a Kensington cable, rather than a locking kiosk.

This display was very difficult to assemble and came with inadequate instructions. The part that holds the poster is nearly impossible to install. We've been at this for two days. The two rolls of plastic that serve as the holder for a poster are supposed to snap together but do not. So no easy way to get the poster in there, let alone change it. The curved design is sleek looking but makes the poster part very difficult. Some of the aluminum framing is rough around the edges, if I ran my hand down it, it would cut the skin. For the price, I would not recommend.

Not going to buy again or will restrict buying. One cannot take money, promise something else on the website front page and then hide the real details inside. We got to know that a regular display we ordered (Curved Top flags) is not going to be shipped for 20 business days or 1 month. Are these stuff coming from China after we order them....I could have ordered (Curved Top flags) the same from China thru Alibaba.com for fraction of the price.

We tried to cancel the item and there is no response.

this unit was not easy to put together, had to grind the holes out that go over the pins because it was welded wrong, when putting the baskets on the bottom and top weren't spaced correctly and had to go to the hardware store to get washers, still had to put screws in baskets to keep from falling apart. I don't know how a office would put together without having major troubles.

The selection and ordering process was easy, but after that it was a total nightmare. Once I completed my order it said 4-5 business days for delivery which was fine with me. I even used the online chat to verify I would have it in that time frame or I was willing to pay for expedited delivery. I was assured it would be to me no later than 5 business days. On that 5th business day I got a call from the delivery company, YRS, trying to set up a delivery for 4 days later. I got excuse after excuse of why it wasn't going to be delivered any earlier but didn't have much choice but to accept it since it was nowhere close to me. I set up a specific time and date and was told someone needed to be present for delivery which should have been on 8/2 between 8-noon. That time came and went with no delivery. Tried calling the local delivery office and got a voicemail, saying the voicemail was full and could not leave a message. Called the 800 number and they were unable to get a hold of anyone in Denver and was told to call back the next morning. Totally unacceptable. I needed that delivery so the podium could get to our graphic artist for a presentation on Friday. Called again on Wednesday morning at 6:30am MST and got no answer at the local office. Called the 800 number to find out why I never got the delivery. They had no idea since it showed it was scheduled for an 8/2 delivery by noon. I was then guaranteed delivery on 8/3 by noon. Noon came and went again with no delivery. Tried local number again with no answer, just a voicemail I couldn't leave a message on. Called the 800 number, AGAIN, and was told my delivery was at the nose of the trailer and I would be the last stop for the day. Argued with customer service and finally got someone to call the driver and it got to me at 3pm. Totally unacceptable!!!!
-Should have been delivered in 4-5 business days and got it late on the 8th day.
-Had someone waste 4 hours sitting at my house waiting for a delivery that YRS made me schedule around them and not me.
-Horrible communication from local delivery office.
-Paid $156 in shipping that absolutely was the worse experience ever!!
-Time wasted on numerous phone calls when nobody in the local office would answer the phone and having to work with the 800 number to get them to get me answers.
-Had to pay my graphics guy overtime to complete the project for its presentation to the Denver Fire Department on time.
-Will pay more to use another company that will allow me to choose shipping company for the remainder of the podiums we are considering for our other training facilities. If you can't make deliveries in the time specified, don't put anything in the estimated date for delivery.

I ordered (Curved Top flags) a medical workstation, computer cart, model "MEDCWST1M" online. The company web site was easy to navigate. The item was delivered on time. The design and craftmanship is exceptional. The mobile workstation is very stable, and moves from room to room with ease. I work in the Emergency Department (ED) at a local hospital. This computer cart is not only a perfect fit for my office, but would also be the ideal addition in the very busy ED environment. I strongly recommend this computer cart, if you are looking for a quality product that should last a lifetime. As a side note, the Customer Service team at Display2Go are extremely friendly and true professionals; very polite and accommodating. I look forward to doing business with Display2Go in the future.

I was excited to find a table cloth with our logo on it for a pretty good price, but after I bought it, I found out they can ONLY accept images from adobe illustrator. I create everything on photoshop and there was no way to create our logo on AI. Pretty disappointing. The guy who was working on my stuff was really great about canceling the order for me, so that was pretty nice.

I was very happy with the selection of products I found at DisplayMart. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for, at a very reasonable price. The one thing that initially turned me away from purchasing from them was the shipping cost. I thought it was a bit steep to have a $20 charge for ground shipping - the slowest and cheapest option available - especially considering my total purchase wasn't much more than that before shipping costs were added on. Though I did end up making my purchase through them, I may look around for other places in the future that provide better shipping rates.
