Recently I ordered (Tear drop flags) a TV Wall mount for the TV going into my basement. After I ordered (Tear drop flags) the mount, I realized what I ordered (Tear drop flags) would not work, not fault of DisplayMart.com, but mine. I re-read the description and realized I misread it the first time. I immediately called the customer service number, and with no questions asked they canceled my order for me, and sent a confirmation email. Despite the fact I had to use another company for my wall mount, I will be sure to keep DisplayMart.com for future purchases.

When my order was delivered, the boxes were very damaged. Luckily, my easels were in much better shape than expected, but one easel was cracked. I sent an email and attached pictures of the boxes & cracked easel. I received an email response within 24 hours. They apologized for the condition of delivery (and thanked me for the pictures, said that would help if they decided to proceed with any damage claim against the shipping company) and told me they were sending me a replacement easel.

Upon opening my display case which was all glass basically one of the panels disintegrated in my hands. It had apparently been damaged in shipping and once I picked it up it exploded into pieces. I had minor cuts on my hands and face and if I wasn't wearing glasses I'm sure it would have gotten in my eyes. Better packaging and more reliable shipping might prevent this in the future. They did arrange to ship me a replacement part at no charge so other than that a great experience.

Very easy website ordering. Product was received quickly and in good condition. The literature rack was very easy to put together and takes up little floor space. There is the option to use casters or leveler feet. The literature holders swivel on the rack, so you don't need access from all sides to view all of the literature. Also has an option to use holder divider for pamphlets. The "clearance price" was budget friendly. Works perfect for our senior apartment community!

I was expecting mine to come in black when I opened the box at home (it was silver/grey).
Be careful in reviewing your order: I originally chose black, but then went to a different page on their web site. When I returned it defaulted back to grey, but I assumed I would get black since I hadn't asked for anything else.

The 3/4" Round Brass Screw Cover in Chrome was exactly what we were looking for! I do wish that there wasn't a minimum quantity that had to be ordered (Tear drop flags). Since they come in sets of 8, with a minimum order of 3 sets, we essentially ordered (Tear drop flags) 24 pieces and we only needed 2 pieces for our project.
Please reconsider you minimum order requirement.

I just placed my order so this review is only on my online ordering experience. The website is easy to use and describes everything in detail. I reviewed multiple sites to find a display case with picture and memorabilia that I was satisfied to honor my husbands life and military servicd. I felt most comfortable with DisplayMart.com. They commit to shipping the same day if the order is received by 3pm EST. I ordered (Tear drop flags) 12 hours early at midnight PST. I am optimistic that they will ship my order promptly today and I will receive within one week. A week from today is the first anniversary of my husband's passing and our family plans to hang his flag display in his honor on the 1st Anniversary. This date is the last date listed to receive when I ordered (Tear drop flags). Hopefully, the display case will arrive in time to hang on the first anniversary.
FOLLOW UP... I was notified by the end of the same day ordered (Tear drop flags) that the display case had shipped and will arrive in 4 days! This allows 3 days to prepare for hanging. I highly recommend DisplayMart for any display needs.

I had ordered (Tear drop flags) a black dry erase board that lights up for my office. Upon arrival, we noticed that one of the lights would flicker when it's not supposed to. I called to report this thinking that I would have to send my board back first then wait for a replacement due to my experience with other companies. This was proven to be untrue!! When I called, the woman on the other end was so nice and shipped out a replacement right away and even said that it would be tested prior to shipping. It came just a couple days later! I couldn't have asked for better customer service!

I purchased a table display and called immediatly after receiving it was damaged. I talked to someone who told me to send a pic of the damage which I did. No response. Sent another email asking about an update and no response. Very very disappointed and would not recommend this company because if your order is not right you run the risk of them not making it right.
