It was very easy to order this, and the price was great. My only suggestion would be to cut down on packaging materials. I ordered (Portable Exhibition Counter) two 8 1/2 x 11 display frames for the wall,and they came packed in a box the size of a small file cabinet, full of paper.

We had already purchased a table top cover from DisplayMart and were preparing our artwork. We knew our deadline was approaching but missed it due to sluggish client decisions. We received an e-mail from the art department saying as much and (literally "that they couldn't help us." When I phoned to follow-up, the representative repeated the e-mail message that we'd missed our deadline (yep) and that there was NOTHING they could do for us.

Well... actually there might have been. When I asked for the name of a company he thought could provide assistance to us at this "late" date - he flat out refused saying that he wasn't able to provide names of competitors but would be happy to refund my order.

Folks, we live in a customer service world -
One in which the goodwill and professional assitance we provide can result in future business (and besides, it's just a nice thing to do). I work as a marketing/PR consultant and when I cannot help someone (for whatever reason) I go out of my way to identify someone who can. My clients (and prospective clients) are thrilled to have this level of assistance and often come back to me with alternative (additional) assignments and/or have referred me to new clients based on the way I was adept at providing a resource that could meet their needs more closely.


Fortunately, I am a decent researcher and found TWO different alternatives within an hour both of which were able to serve my needs with a compressed deadline (and one less costly, too). Both of these alternative vendors use the same sublimated dye process and print here in the USA rather than ship back and forth to China.

Reordered (Portable Exhibition Counter) and the second one came in the same way. Working on getting a refund and returning both as they are no good. I'm mostly happy with the experience I had at display 2 go. I only have concern. I did not receive a paper receipt when I received my package. I'm trying to run a business and if I do not keep clear records I can not receive tax breaks on things I purchased for that business. So I was forced to have to print my own from an email and I only hope that I will count the same. In the future I hope that this company will always send a copy of a receipt with there orders. Other wise I have no complaints. They delivered the package on time even on they day they said they would and I was happy with the price of the item I got. I would say they out did any other places price that I looked at. So yes I'm very happy other then that one dilemma.

I did some research on these types of drawers I wanted and came to this company. I decided to order and within two days my shipment came! Talk about (almost) instant gratification! The shallow drawers I ordered (Portable Exhibition Counter) are perfect for storing my art supplies - drawing pencils, pens, pastels, colored pencils, small tubes of paint, even unmounted rubber stamps. Tracking let me know it arrived in Phoenix 10/15/15 with a notice I would receive a call to schedule an appointment for completion of delivery of my order. I did not hear anything Friday for scheduling and now I'm assuming I won't during the weekend. So, hopefully I will get the all Monday the 19th which means it won't be arriving until, hopefully, one day next week.

Due to weather delays, both with carriers and myself, i needed to have my package held for later pick up at my local FedEx office location. FedEx was not able to make the redirect, as there were specific instructions that only the shipper could make the change. I contacted DisplayMart via their email feature for help rerouting my package- i wasn't sure if it was too late to have it delivered to my home, so i asked if it couldn't be changed to home delivery, then to have it sent to FedEx. (NAME) informed me there was nothing that could be done and i should contact FedEx. I advised him i had done that and they said to contact D2G. Finally, i was told i could have my package held, but i had to call and give my credit card number because there would be a charge. As i travel for work and am not always in my office, i often have my packages held, so i advised him that i did not believe this was the case and furthermore, i was disappointed that i was initially told nothing could be done, then told the next day i had to pay extra.
I was ready to just let them attempt delivery and return the package because (NAME) was so incredibly unhelpful and unconcerned with making sure my first purchase with D2G was a good experience.

I called to speak with someone about how much it would cost to have the package routed for holding as the thought of paying D2G 20% restocking made my blood boil after such a terrible email exchange. I explained what was going on and (NAME) was wonderful. She assured me that there was no charge and had the package immediately routed to my nearest facility. Her friendly nature, concern for my satisfaction and speedy service is the ONLY reason i am willing to give D2G a second chance to fulfill my display and marketing needs.

I strongly advise that you call for assistance should you require it- I am unconvinced the person responding had even basic knowledge of how FedEx shipping works, much less any vested interest in retaining me as a customer.

I like the stand itself but it came missing 3 parts that help prevent it being "wobbly" or awkward when rotating. I asked if I could please be sent the parts and was told I could return the purchase and be shipped a new one. I need the stand! Don't want to repackage, ship and wait for a new one when it's only 3 small parts. This was frustrating.

I need a jewelry tower for a show. I thought very long and hard about this decision. I went with Displays to Go because the counter top jewelry tower looked very sleek & modern & the price was under $100. and it has a lock & key. That was the great part. The not so great- the shipping cost WAY more than the tower itself. That was a shock. However, the delivery went smoothly and my small package was bound to a pallet, much care was given to make sure the glass did not break-that was a great part. Now, another not so great part. I calmly took all the pieces out to assemble the tower. The holes in the glass do not match up with the holes on the wood end pieces - not so great. I do not want to force the screws in fear of breaking the glass. Some of the holes match, at least 4 do not. The tower is heavy. I am thinking how I will transport it & hope it does not come apart. So, all in all, it is a cool product, but the guys at the factory need to do a better job lining up the holes for a do it yourself assembly job.
