I paid for 3 day service shipping to have the package to arrive on Friday Jan 8th. Fedex messed up and delivered the packages to the wrong address. We received one package on Monday Jan. 11 th and other two packages on Wednesday Jan. 13th. We didn't use the sign stand since it arrived late. Contacted FedEx and express to them that this is not acceptable. The customer rep. was going to call me back to follow up. As of today I have not receive a follow up call back from FedEx. I need them to refund me the shipping fee as the packages did not arrive on time.

The website was extremely easy to use, with clear, detailed descriptions of the products. The wire display arrived very quickly and required no assembly.
The display's design is booklet-friendly - does not bend corners of booklets, and allows a couple copies of each title to be stacked. Our booklets are 5.25" and 4.25" wide, and we can neatly display 5 across and 7 across respectively.
I originally researched acrylic displays, but found them to be cost-prohibitive, and as it turns out, we are are much happier with the versatility of the wire display.

Item showed up in great time but it was damaged. It appeared to have been returned before and then re-sold. It had scratches, chips in the wood and one piece was broken off. I did not have time to return as it was needed right away. I had to glue it back together and touch up the paint.

Product was delivered in a timely manner but the quality was very poor and it included no instructions as to how to put the parts together and how to operate the device. The quality is poor cheap plastic and I believe with any kind of wear and stress it will fall apart.

I'm sure the easel is great, but the directions were so cryptic that I had to hire someone to put it together. Not only were the pieces not marked A, B, or C to correspond to the diagram, but once it was together, it was too low for a smaller canvas unless I sat down. It was also too tall for the room!!! It's a ridiculous design.

Product is good value for the cost. Worked well. Our only issue is we only needed 35 of the holders and had to buy 100 of them due to the "2 unit minimum". It still priced out at a better price than any other place but now we have to figure out how to off load the other 65 in addition to the 35 we used. I would appreciate in the future the ability to only order 1 unit of something if that was closer to what I needed. But quality, prompt shipping and good cost are all a plus with DisplayMart. I would order in the future.

I was given bad customer service and had to pay the shipping cost twice. I was given a few hours to respond to whether I had a 48" ramp in our shipping location. They did not wait for my response which came the same day (30 minutes past their end of business). I'm on the west coast and instead of waiting, they shipped it. Since I had responded with a more appropriate address for the 48" ramp for shipment, they charged me twice for shipping! I will never order from them again. Horrible customer service.

After buying a portable display counter and having it shipped to us, it arrived promptly as promised but was damaged. The customer service rep was very courteous and after asking for photos of the damage advised us that they would replace the damaged portions of the counter. We had no choice but to use the damaged counter as we were already displaying and promoting our business but have found that the magnets do not hold the counter together at all and if anything comes in contact with it the counter falls apart. it looks very nice as long as no one touches it! All in all very disappointing.

We looked at hundreds of literature stands online, and kept coming back to this one. We love the compact portability and carrying case. It's steel design really meshes with the "industrial" feel of our display booth. One thing I'd change - I'd add a swivel stand to it, so client could easily turn it to see literature on the back side. We opted to purchase separate swivels, and we're going to jerry-rig our own stands. But making a stand either integral or as an optional add-on would be a big bonus. It's well made, sturdy, and we really love the angled pockets, allowing literature to lay flat and not get that dreaded flop-over effect

I place an order with DisplayMart for three Acrylic sign holders, top insert,
T-style, clear and was so pleased with the quality of the workmanship of these items. They will be used in three centerpiece arrangements for an Easter Brunch at a church. Needed something that could hold 8.5x11 photos back-to-back so photos could be seen by all seated at the tables.

These are just perfect and again I am so pleased with the workmanship of the product and also with the excellent shipment & receipt of the order.
