I like having the option to keep the lights on or have them run. Would like to have the hanging clips on the front ofc the sign as well so I could hang the sign in my window on the inside of the store. As it is, I have to buy hooks and wire to secure the sign in my window.

I am the primary designer of promotional displays for a college, and as such, I order a lot of displays. I've done business with DisplayMart occasionally for about 8 years now. Their product is decent, with a few shortcomings, but if these shortcomings and the price balance out for you, I do recommend placing an order.

The printing on the pull-up banner stands is good quality. The hardware itself has gotten cheaper over the years, to the point where the tent-pole-type support is not hard to bend and ruin if you're not very careful (which can be tough when a variety of employees check out and use these displays, and not everyone is practiced or patient with the quirks). We also recently had one banner's retracting system fail, damaging the banner in the process. That one had lasted us about 5 years and we needed to change the printout anyway, so it was not the end of the world. However, if you are looking for a very long-lasting display, for your investment this product may not be the best choice.

The biggest annoyance is with their email and uploading system once your order is placed. It feels very mid-2000s and not user friendly, far behind the type of site the other companies we work with are offering. As a graphic designer I understand what they are asking for in this long, unorganized email, but I think that for someone less immersed in this field, it is overly complicated and probably confusing. There would definitely be better ways to handle the ordering and uploading process.

Last year I ordered (Promotional Umbrellas) a 8ft exhibit table cloth and was so pleased with the product that when I decided to order a 6ft one I went back to Display's2go. This one was the same price I paid for the larger one last year even though it is smaller and the quality is no where near as good. My 8ft table cloth has much higher quality of fabric and does not have any seams, this one has a seam and is inferior in fabric quality. I am still on the fence as to whether I want to keep it or not.

The Desktop Triple Monitor Stand for Screens 13" to 24", 2 Mount Options - Black is a pretty decent product. For the price it is a great way to free up desk space as well as add more monitors. There was quit a bit of assembly required and the tools included were fair at best. The did get the job done. The stand is serving it's purpose and I am please overall.

We purchased an item and found out it was not working for what we needed in that particular area. When speaking with your company to find out what to do for a return or exchange, we found out that the return would cost us $373.56! That is crazy to expect someone to pay almost $400.00 to return something. That certainly nixed the idea to exchange it or do any further business with your company. We're remodeling our conference room, waiting area and lobby and will not purchase anything from DisplayMart to complete this project.

So Kyle my customer service rep contacted me to confirm the order and lowered the price because I did not need the customization. That was very nice. We had a few email exchanges and he was very professional and helpful. I emailed when the item was received - only a matter of days - and thanked him for his help.

This product came with no instructions, so I called customer service. For some reason, they do not have specific instructions for the ceiling mounted product, so I was sent via e-mail a wall-mounted version instruction sheet. The problem was I had completely different pieces than the version they sent. So I tried to lay out the whole system on the floor, and couldn't make it work - I had more pieces of one kind than I needed (or so I thought). To make things harder the company doesn't have a clear photo of the product, just the small graphic that you see when you order, so I couldn't see detail to figure it out. So I sent a picture of what I had to customer service, and Linda asked me to call so she could walk me through it. Luckily Display2Go has Linda, who was super helpful, as she was able to help me understand how to put the system together. Although, its unfortunate that it seems like this is a common problem for them. In the end, I have a very nice display hanging in my window, and a handful of leftover pieces that was not needed (different parts than I previously thought).
