I ordered () one of the displays. It was easy to order on line. Unfortunately it arrived with the top plastic piece broken. I called to let them know so that they could send out a replacement piece. While giving them the details of what was wrong with the display, we discovered that the box was also damaged during shipping. They are now replacing the entire display. We bought the 4 foot banner rails. During the installation, a couple of the plastic clips that hold the rail to the wall broke. They sent free replacements immediately.

The shipment packaging is exceptionally strong. Normal places would use corrugated cardboard - these packages were 1/4 inch solid paperboard.

Double frames were just what we ordered (), but they came with 5 straps around the boxes. One of the lateral straps was put on too tight and damaged the side of 2 of the frames. Can you replace them for free?

The DisplayMart stands will be very helpful for future tabletop war games planned for my college course at Wofford's LifeLong Learning series. With the displays, I will be able to set them at various parts of the 12' x 6' battle boards, either for the title of the war game scenario or for a specific time frame for a specific battle.

Also, I will be able to use the displays for a yard sale planned for the spring or summer of next year.

Then, the last phase for the displays are for them to show dialogue for a "haunted trail" for next Halloween.

Overall the display case works well.
It would be an improvement if the frame would accept screws with a larger head as I need to use bolts due to having to hang the frame on a wire mesh fence. Small cut-outs in the inside of the frame at the hole would be adequate.

I paid ~$50 for a 30x40 frame that was rather cheaply made with materials. I was surprised by the light package for such a large frame. The frame also has what appears to be a "glue smudge." It is really a hassle to package up and return so I will keep it, but it was totally not worth the money paid.

I also asked if there were any deals since there appeared to be a coupon system but the email returned explained the item had no deals. I will not purchase from them again.

I got a spinning book rack, a pair of two-tiered wire product racks and a pair of three-tiered wire magazine racks which I used to display books at a recent writing convention. (Today is 8/2/18) It still hasn't even shipped but I got an e-mail everyday advertising other products until I unsubscribed and now a survey e-mail about the site...focus on actually delivering your customers the product they are paying for and I'm sure they will have a higher opinion of your site and services, as it stands right now I would absolutely purchase anything else I needed from Amazon or another site with faster processing speeds rather than trying your site again, unless it was the only option for an item.

Everything came on time and was simple to assemble. I received one rack for displaying prints which I understood folded flat for transporting, and even held a few prints within--however, it does neither of these things. I love the rack when open and on display, but it does look to be an inconvenience when moving from home to show, show to home. Still, I will be ordering again, sooner or later. I will search for another display rack which is visually appealing and folds flat. It seems very odd to me that the one I received does not go flat. Oh well. It was still worth the 35 bucks, or whatever it was. Everything else was exactly as expected. Thank you.

This product is great. It comes in a carrying case that's easy to carry. My only concern is that the product did not come with assembly instructions. I had to back to the DisplayMart website to find the video that shows you how to assembly the product. After watching the video I was very pleased.

Beautiful poster frame. Came assembled took all of 5 minutes to get the poster in it and secured. Top quality, no problems getting it 3 day delivery! My only problem is I can't seem to find the coating they talk about to peel off the front of the plastic that displays the picture. I haven't peeled anything off from the plastic window. I guess I will have to take a closer look. But I recommend anybody to buy from this company and I will definitely purchase again! Thank you so much

I was really happy to find an open storage design that would not take up too much space and was thrilled to find a 4-sided adjustable unit on wheels to use for children's books, dvds, clothes, etc. It arrived with a small flaw in one panel, and when I called Customer Service the employee couldn't have been nicer. I decided not to exchange the one panel, as the flaw could be hidden when we assembled the piece. Although the unit was pricey, it will be well worth it if I can get 8-10 years' use out of it.

First time ever buying anything like this....so was real nervous if I ordered () the right one. Their measurements were precise . I use it to display my homemade cards. In the description it actually stated and showed that it works for the card and its envelope. Yay! The price was more reasonable than about 5 other sites I checked. It came in two seperate boxes...one came alone and the next day the second one arrived. Although I was afraid I messed up when only the one( base) came....it all worked out perfect. The rack really glides smoothly when it spins ( I was afraid it would turn hard). I say A in my book. Will definitely buy from them again!
