I paid $53 for 3 day shipping, because I needed the items quickly. The items were not shipped out until more than a week after I ordered (Top advertising umbrella dealers) them. I contacted the shipping helpline, they said the items I ordered (Top advertising umbrella dealers) were actually out of stock, and that they're new system is causing a lot of errors. He did refund my $53, but I feel like I should be given a greater discount as I needed those items faster and would have ordered (Top advertising umbrella dealers) elsewhere had I known it would take 2 weeks to get them.

However, the stain color is much more orange than a "honey wheat" AND assembling the easels was more difficult than it should have been. After about a year or so sitting on the fence about a display case purchase for my new basement video theater I decided to order a unit from Displays to Go. The quality of this product is wonderful. While this was not inexpensive you do get what you pay for, both in the product and the shipping. The case arrived already assembled in a plywood shipping box with not a scratch or a dent. And while the case itself is a beautiful thing, with its mostly glass construction and halogen lighting for each shelf, the case does exactly what it should do - place the focus on its contents.

Received one rack dented in horrible packaging. The other was rejected by the shipper and sent back. Rather than making it right they asked if I still wanted it which went to spam. I ordered (Top advertising umbrella dealers) it, so yes I want it. Horrible packaging makes for easy damage when parts can crash together. Package things better and make it right by expediting an order when unfortunate accidents happen rather than saying, hey, did you still want this? I am going back to my previous distributor, they are more expensive but you get what you pay for.

I had been looking for an OVER the door, simple, heavy duty, holds a lot of papers holder! Instead I got something that just doesn't work at all! IT says it is over the door but doesn't work over the door at all! It was also VERY pricey for something that doesn't do what it says it will do! I am investigating what I "might be able to purchase" at the hardware store to retrofit it & spend more $$ to "possibly" make it work!

I'm not at all happy but need some time to see what, if anything, I can do to make it work!

Ordered a large 72" display case and the freight company never delivered the product on the scheduled day and it seemed as though the freight company was afraid to deliver a glass case to a household even though I had paid for the premium delivery service. The case had even been with the freight company for over 5 days. Very poor service and I would never recommend this company to anyone for buying a display.

Communication with customer service is fair. The approval process was slower than expected which caused a delivery date later than expected. This caused me to upgrade to overnight shipping to ensure the product arrived by a hard deadline. Until I requested it, they did not send me an updated invoice when I changed my shipping. Also, the packaging of my product was poor. With velcro strips on my product, as I unpackaged it, the velcro was making pulls in the polyester fabric before I've even had a chance to use it at a tradeshow. I'm giving them 3 stars because it is a quality product at a reasonable price. I wish the company would just take more care in delivery and communication.

The 10-tiered magazine stand for floor with 20 pockets was ordered (Top advertising umbrella dealers). Upon receipt and in trying to assemble it, we found that the metal inserts were misaligned and would not slide in to allow the base of the magazine stand.
I called DisplayMart and spoke to Susan in Special Services. Susan was very understanding of the defective merchandise and issued a credit. I was very pleased by the customer service provided to me by Susan and DisplayMart.

The display is sturdily built yet compact and easy to put up and break down. It's designed to hold six tiers of books, magazines and/or brochures. In my case, it will hold copies of all seven titles in my "King of the Trees" series. I am looking forward to using the display this fall. Shipping was quick, and the packaging was very effective. I am very surprised that this company does not offer a small sample of their soft floor tile that they can send out to a customer prior to committing to the purchase. They put the risk on their customers rather than proudly showing their product to potential buyers. These displays work so well. The only issue that I've come across is we put one in our drive thru area where it's cold (it's January in WI). Due to the temperature I don't think it was sticking very well so I just put Scotch Restickable Clear Dots over the small adhesive that are on the sign and you can't even tell a difference. I would still give it five stars.
