Frame metal looked cut without any care to remove aluminum burs. Styrene covering was stuffed into frames without care and were bent and creased. I guess you get what you paid for. On the positive side, the communications from purchase to delivery were good.

Upon posting this D2G contacted me via phone and email and have apologized for the order and have replaced the order. From the start, the frames themselves are pefect for my need and knowing that D2G stand behind their product and were very responsive. Will use them in the future.

Great product but when packed, it was slightly damaged. The box had no damage so assumed it was damaged prior to being packed. I was able to touch up the damage with glue and clamps, therefore did not return the item.

I recently ordered (Promotional monsoon umbrellas) 3 stands (BS3694BK3). We had an issue with the locking mechanism being broken on 2 poles. The boxes came in pretty beat up so we are guessing it was the wear of delivery which made that part break; however, the part was not metal and felt very poorly made. The company is sending replacement poles - however I am cautious this may happen again.
Another thing is they do not sell a carrying case that will fit these poles. I even did the chat online and the support could not find anything.

The shipping price is very high. I learned why when they shipped one item in three separate boxes, that could easily have been shipped in one box. Most companies nowadays charge little or low shipping fees. Their rates are very high. But they have a nice product that is not easy to find elsewhere.

The stand was exactly as described on their site and the shipping process was fast (just a few days) and I received several tracking updates. The item arrived in perfect condition. The only issue I have is with the assembly instructions which did not label any of the parts packages so I had to guess which screws mapped to which part. I would order again from DisplayMart.
