the last time one of the wheels fell off the booth making transport impossible without a hand truck, the carpet is separating from the lament plastic. but I feel I got what I paid for. For the price I expected 4 to 6 shows before I needed another booth, it looks like that is where I'm going.

This company is my first go-to place to look for trade show items, and has been for many years. Overall very good service with good products. Yet I find that a few items were not quite what I expected from the descriptions, and that was likely due to not paying enough attention when I ordered (). That is the only reason for not giving a full 5 star rating. Given the costs of returning items, I have not registered my issues, so I have not had to deal with customer service, which is my call. The business card display holder is great looking, exactly like the photo. However, there is a flaw in the design. When you put cards in the spaces allotted, the piece becomes too top heavy and very easily tips over backwards spilling all the cards. The business cards look nice in the holder, but when someone reaches for a card, it's too easily knocked over. The piece needs to be stabilized better, perhaps with a leg stand in the back to defer the weight of the cards and keep it from falling backwards. Nice looking piece, but this has caused us some problems.

I ordered () 2nd day air shipping and was under the impression that once my order was placed before 11am EST, that it would be ready for shipment. I ordered () at 9:34am EST and I did not receive my order over the next 3 days. I called to inquire and was told that there was a 20-day delay on my order. The company had my item in stock but needed 20 days for processing.. Very very poor. Do not promise 2nd day air shipping that I paid $50 for and for it come 20 days later, maybe.

This is a no B.S. review. I received a product from them. It was damaged in shipping. In no way was it there fault, shipping company damaged it, surprise, surprise. Called Displays to Go, told them about the damage, the lady said they were sorry, and said ether I could have my money back or I could receive a new one. Wanted one, so they shipped a new one that day, no questions asked. They said to just keep the damaged one. No messing around, no problems. Will do business with them again, weather they are the cheapest or not. Great Company!

The chairs and table were missing parts and never worked correctly. The cost for shipping for the trade show they were used at and were discarded on site. The flooring was easily punctured by my heels. I had to stand outside the booth area all day.

Shipping was almost half of the purchase price. 3 boxes were shipped. 2 boxes with the cabinet contents and a third box which was 36x 24x12 filled with bubble wrap contained an small envelope with the lock for the cabinet. The size of the lock box was 3 inches by 2 inches.
I had to pay to ship this large box with this small lock. If feel you were padding your shipping fee by sending a cabinet lock in such a large box. We are a non for profit and every penny counts. Very disappointed.

For a woman with nails or not a lot of strength, it is a little difficult to latch; however, the men in our company had no problem attaching and securing the table top to the case.

I had an issue with the frames I purchased from DisplayMart when they arrived. The corners had been smashed and scratched up during shipment. After calling technical support, I was sent more frames immediately and didn't have a big headache like I had expected! They sent more frames that had similar damage, but their speed of response was incredible.

I purchased an art show display rack. When I received it, 3 of the 4 hinges were damaged (2 completely broken the other bent). When I called customer service I received awesome service. They apologized for the problem and agreed to send another out the very next day. Since this was a fairly inexpensive rack and I purchased it on-line I didn't expect to receive such great customer service. I won't necessarily recommend the product but I would certainly recommend the company.

I guess you get what you pay for. The instructions for our TV stand were awful. Holes needed to be tapped in base of stand so shelf pieces could be screwed in place. The shelf itself has no way of being secured so it can easily be knocked over. I guess I should have paid more money for a TV stand so i can get better instructions and a quality stand. I hope i didn't waste my money and able to get the stand to work for our needs.
