The literature stand I wanted to order was out of stock, so I asked to be emailed once it was back in stock...I checked daily and found it to be back in stock, then 2-3 days later I was emailed, after I had already ordered () it. It shipped very quickly, but arrived with a small dent at the bottom of the stand and some of the finish rubbed off on the top. Because they would both be fairly covered, I did not send it back.

Both frames came damaged. Glass of one frame was cracked and 3 of the 4 corners were not together. The other frame came with 3 corners falling apart and poorly put together by 1 small staple. Another reviewer complained of the same issue and I was hoping that was a fluke. For paying nearly $60 per frame, I was really hoping for better quality. This was awful, and will be contacting company about a refund. I don't even want a replacement, just my $$ back.

This issues were it had clearly been thrown around in the delivery truck, the box was almost destroyed with product displayed, and the bottom corners were severely bent beyond course correction. When emailed the company, an automatic response was given that they don't check this email.

Ordered an A-frame sign. The sides of the frame are kept in place with little rectangular pieces of metal that cause tension and keep the frame sides closed. These were not in place when the product arrived and were very difficult to put in. Now the frame sides do not meet up properly on the corners. Hoping this product lasts.

UPDATE: Wonderful customer service from DisplayMart! I figured I would just have to make due with the sign in the condition it was in, but they have offered to replace it for me...couldn't ask for more!

When I called they said that the item was not in stock and was back-ordered (). I was told that I was fortunate in that the expected delivery time was "only" three weeks out. Really? If an item is back-ordered () you should email the customer and show it as such on your website! I cancelled the order.
