I ordered () the GWM2X Sign Holder to hold two 8 1/2 by 11 sheets. The suction cups work very well on the window so that two sets of info are visible from the outside and another two sets of info can be viewed from the inside of the Sign Holder. It is versatile in that it can hang either vertically or horizontally and the holder allows the papers to be changed very easily.

The stand we purchased is more than what I expected. We are pleased with the quality. I would suggest perhaps using wing nuts on the bolts fastening the base to the upright support, as with we use the stand at different venues, and it would be considerably easier to break down and reassemble for travel. Regardless, We would purchase the stand again.

I have ordered () from this company several times and never used their online support. The person who was conversing with me was a great example of what NOT TO DO. We had a situation where the product was back ordered () and I had not received an email letting me know. I contacted them to try to find a solution. I was looking for any suggestions of similar products, ability to send a partial order - something to help us meet our needs. The rep was not able to help and could only give standard canned replies. When I finally called them -the on the phone person was a little better - but also gave me different information on the expected delivery date than the person online. Overall i was disappointed and will explore other possible options before ordering from them again.......such a shame because I have been using them for years.

1. S-hooks & chains are not included. the company should have in the paragraph to let customers know, not the bottom paragraph. why they called "Ceiling Hanging" but didn't come with the hanging?
2. the products are leak quality
3. the hooks are so small, cant handle well if the poster has even light weight.
4. the edge plastics for 4 sides of the aluminum. it is very bad. it doesn't work good at all.

Great product but poor shipping. One of the items actually came broken. True, the company replaced it quickly with no charge but they lost money on my transaction, because the shipping department didn't take 2 extra minutes to ensure their product's safety in delivery.
I also placed another order for the same product and told the operator they could simply add a replacement to my order. The operator said "no" it had to be sent separately. Again, the company lost money on both a replacement item and separate shipping. Sad for the company.

The display is a little wobbly even after trying different options for assembly.
The racks are on a strange angle so that the books fall forward and trying to read the titles of the last 3-4 racks is very awkward.

A purchase of equipment needs to be easy, timely and be what you expected. Ordering the product was simple, once the product had been chosen. From ordering to having the product arrive it took about five days (including a weekend,) and I used the basic shipping offered.
The product was of higher quality than originally expected, with no damage to any of the items. I had purchased 20 small donations boxes, the product was also well packaged for shipping.

Overall, great product, great service and I will be a repeat customer.

Two wooden tabs that hold the bottom of the art were installed on the wrong side of the uprights to work correctly. Without modification, the stand would not go together or even stand upright. I had to use a drill, longer screws and my own glue to move and reinstall correctly.

The ordering process and the items were great. It would be nice if there was a bit more efficient package tracking available. My issue came with the chat customer service. The operator was not helpful and rather rude. I understand that he may not have been able to help me with my login issue but when I explained that I was also trying to track my package, rather than help me with that issue, he simply chose not to respond....ever. I am guessing that he just ended the chat without helping me or any of the usual courtesies that you would generally end a help chat with... such as "Is there anything else I could help you with?" or "Thank you for contacting us." or etc.

Unit went together easily. It looks great on the desk, and holds the monitors securely. I like the cable guides; makes the installation even nicer looking. The unit is quite sturdy, well made.

The instructions could have been a bit clearer or the drawings larger. The holder of the monitors was too loose to adequately hold the monitors in the proper position (tended to "droop"). Tightened a bolt and all was fixed.

I purchased a t bar acrylic jewelry holder....or should I say my money was taken...When my package arrived the base of the t bar jewelry holder was not in the box. They sent me 2 poles and 2 screws but no base!!...I called them the next morning to let them know that I did not receive all the parts to my item and that the item was needed by that next weekend for a display I was doing....I was told by the representative..."oh so sorry we will send out a base today, and you will receive it in time."....needless to say the day came...no base...that was 7-16-16...today is 7-18-16....I was told I'd receive the base by 7-13-16....I will never, ever, ever purchase anything from this place again...still haven't received my item or a refund of any sort...I would of given no stars if possible!
