Some of the holders came apart, the alligator clip was broken on some and there were defects on some. We have 4 of these TV stands and they are a great product for the price. We have a 46 inch TV mounted and a DVD Player and a Roku on the shelf. Easy set-up, very stable, and the thin design makes storage easy. Just FYI, the built in level is not correct, so have a hand level handy when mounting the TV.

Arrived in good condition except packaging could have been better instead of just thrown into a box -- out of six items (a case) 1 item had a corner chipped off . Since these are molded items - some of the molds are not perfect -- one of the holders leans back to much and is top heavy so it does not stand up good. With a heat gun the plastic can be heated and the molded stand can be adjusted - but care must be used.

I purchased 2 boxes. They are called the Comment Bin for Table or Wall, with an 8x11 frame and a locking hinge door.

They are pretty. And I think they will eventually work for what I need. I tested the keys and they work well. The slots for pen and forms are a good size. It does not take up a lot of space. The boxes have a very polished, professional look. Shipping was very fast. I think I got it in about 2 days.

However, I am having to correct a couple of problems. The first problem is that the clasps that hold the photo and plexiglass in place broke off during shipping. Five of them broke off of the Oak one, and 1 of them broke off the Mahogany one. That is due to the method used for shipping and the fact that the clasps are thin plastic. In my opinion, the plexiglass should be secured in place with durable tape during shipping. Also, the plastic clasps should be replaced by metal ones.

The other problem is that the frame size is not a standard size. So it does not work for standard 8.5x11 paper without trimming the edge. It also does not work for standard sized 8x10 photos. So I plan to solve this problem by ordering 8x12 photos and trimming the edge. But I do not yet have a solution to the broken clasps. Hopefully, the company can send me the spare parts (6 clasps). If not, I will have to search for clasps somewhere else. I am looking forward to using them.

The only problem is that I was minus a couple of screws but I called and they were shipped that day and I had them the following business day. We love these signs. We use them on the entry door of our fitness facility to post our hours. Also, any time we need a temporary sign on a glass door. It looks so much more professional than tape. The only problem we have had is if you remove the sign improperly by using the plastic and not the suction cup, the plastic breaks. That tells you how well they stick to the glass.

I ordered (Roll Up Standee) a tabletop display and 2 tablecloths. The artwork for the tablecloth was accepted immediately, but the artwork for the display was not. I was trying to figure out how to use the required application and it came down to me just needing help changing the line spacing so that there wasn't such a large amount of white space in the middle of the header. I tried to explain that I just needed a little guidance and then we would be done, but they just kept telling me that I needed to resubmit the artwork, corrected. I finally just cancelled the display completely so that the tablecloths would go to production and then I received an email that they didn't have the cloths I ordered (Roll Up Standee) in stock, about a week an a half after the order was initially placed. So, the entire order is now cancelled two weeks after I placed it and I'm searching for the items through a different company.

I was happy with the rack I ordered (Roll Up Standee), it shipped quickly and nothing was damaged. However I suggest buyers read descriptions carefully; I had looked at description for a smaller rack first, which stated it broke down for easy storage. Then decided to go with a bigger rack that held more cards, which apparently does not break down, but did not notice that was not in the bigger rack description. I am happy with the size of the rack & other details, but disappointed it does not break down for storage; it was just an oversight on my part.

I was very happy with the ordering and shipping of the products however when I opened boxes of the cardboard racks, item # WCFLR8GCRD (that needed to be completely assembled), the instructions were absolutely useless. It was an extremely poor quality photo copy of pictures that had splash marks of liquid spilled on it BEFORE it had been photocopied. I nearly ruined the first card rack trying to figure out how to fold and assemble all of the cardboard pieces. I was able to get it together well enough to use it as a card rack, but it is not done correctly.
