Then after getting the graphic correct they mailed my a sample of what it was going to look like. Exceptional service just can't say enough in today age when customer service is lacking.

This is a very well made and sturdy iPad stand. Assembly is a bit tricky. Also directions re tilt adjustment were not initially obvious to me. For my home use access to the off switch is difficult with the end cover in place. Although I rarely use it, the back camera is blocked as is the volume control. This could be cared for with a couple of design changes or some custom machining. I am happy with the stability of the stand in home use on my coffee table. Overall i like it!

I was able to find the item I thought would be suitable for my application with no trouble. Ordering was simple and the item arrived in good working order only a few days later. The item came with clear instructions (mostly diagrams). It was easy to assemble and supports my small TV just in front of my treadmill, as I hoped it would! Binge watching and calorie burning -- what could be better!

When I received the display and unpacked it I was a little surprised of the materials used. Mostly cardboard and when I put it together the display was not as sturdy as I anticipated. In the packing there was a reference to an optional bottom piece that definitely would make the piece much more stable. I couldn't find the part on line and called your customer service number. They informed me that they would not sell me another "top" that I was hoping to use for the bottom. They also didn't seem that interested to help nor ensure my call with them as an acceptable experience. I am now in process of making a bottom piece to better stabilize this display. I would say for $80 dollars I was hoping for better quality and a better customer service experience. Offering a bottom piece (like the table top) would be helpful or including for the same price would seem reasonable. All in all I'm not terribly dissatisfied just a little disappointed.

I ordered (Rollup Display Standee) some card holders on Tuesday, and they came on Thursday! Can't beat that! The holders are really nice. They are heavy enough that they can't be tipped over easily, and sturdy enough to last a long time. The price to buy them was cheaper than renting them. We will use them for various church functions. DisplayMart promptly shipped my order and it arrived, complete with all of the expected contents (i.e. structural panels, hardware).

For a 5 star rating, I would suggest that spare hardware parts (i.e. screws and grommets) be shipped with all orders. Finding a defective or missing part at a hardware store would probably be difficult.

The bulletin board was exactly what we needed for posting a schedule at our ball field. The item arrived very quickly and was packaged extremely well. The rubber seal seems a good quality and the board was very sturdy and feels like it is of good quality also. The only reason I didn't give the item five stars is that the mounting hardware was not what I needed to attach the board to a brick wall. I used Tapcon screws and it took quite a bit of modification to the screws to get them to fit into the mounting bars at the top and bottom. Since this is an outside bulletin board it seems the manufacturer would expect that it might need to be mounted with more than cheap screws and plastic anchors.

The overall experience was very good with DisplayMart. I placed my order with no issues, when I couldn't find any information on the track order number I called and spoke to a very nice helpful women. She explained that as I was getting my order in Canada the tracking only worked once it hit the US/Canadian border. No problem, she told me to check back. I checked back and still nothing, I thought I would give it another day and low and behold I had the delivery before the tracking even showed up. This would be my only 'complaint'. Please make sure the tracking is kept up to date or don't have it at all.

I was amazed at how quickly the magazine racks arrived. They were also very reasonably priced. I was a little disappointed in the design, which is not as sturdy as I had hoped, and allows for magazines to fall out the sides. Still it is a good value and I can modify them to overcome those problems.
