The display was late, so I could not use it for the show. When I called the support line the rep i talked to was very argumentative and not helpful. He acted like it was my fault that they couldn't honor the delivery deadlines they had posted on their website. Extremely unimpressed with my overall experience.

I received just what I wanted, a nice looking large frame (30x40) reasonable shipping and for it's size a good price- the next item in the same size and looks was easier to change the image but for my purpose that feature was not necessary and it was twenty dollars higher but the quality of the lesser priced item was perfect for a picture, once installed would not be removed.

I had an excellent experience with their customer service when I called regarding an easel I ordered (Promotional Roll Up Standee, Size: 6x2.5 Feet). One of the legs of the easel looked like it had been scuffed prior to shipping. The team responded really quickly and the process was smooth. The four out of five stars is because the holes drilled into the easel to put it together were poorly done. What should've been an extremely easy process of construction became a very difficult process as the easel could not be constructed because the holes were not allowing the bolts and screws to be properly placed.

Purchased some of these previously and we needed more. Ordered two poles and two retractable tops that hold a sign. It was unclear from the product that the one it comes with does not hold the sign, you have to order a totally different piece that fits into the pole for the sign to screw into. The small metal wedges are very difficult to get the back in place once the picture has been placed inside the frame. Then when I went to hang it up the metal tabs for hooking over the screw heads bends all the way back from the weight of the frame and the heads show from above the picture frame.

Terrible service with no accountability. They repeatedly dropped the ball on responding to our request for service until they could no longer meet our deadline. The art department goes home well before they close for the evening so most things after 3:00 PM or so will have to wait until the next day for review. But really the worst was that they didn't accept any responsibility and weren't too broken up when we asked them to cancel our order. (They even [FINALLY!] sent us art comps the following day.) Very disappointing experience.

Ordering was easy, online spec and pictures matched delivered product. Rack arrived within a couple days of ordering. Parts were all very clearly labeled and instructions were dead simple to follow. Rack was fully built in about 30-45mins and I had my full video conferencing system mounted and running within about 1.5hrs. The rack itself is very solid. Completely stable with a 55" screen, laptop and camera mount. Very happy with this rack so far.
