I love my business card holder. The only thing I was not thrilled about was the advertisement said the holder did not come with screws to install it and I would need to purchase those separately. So I did, from this website. I had to purchase 4 sets. Then my stuff came in and guess what, the holder itself came with the screws to be installed. So I have 4 sets of screws and covers I do not need.

This is the third time that I've ordered () a large number of frames from DisplayMart and I haven't been disappointed in any of my orders. The frames are beautiful for the price and are perfect for my decorating projects. Even with shipping costs, the price per frame is still significantly less than I'd pay buying elsewhere. I've never received any damaged items as everything is packed very securely. Shipping is also quite prompt. The one thing I would ask is to make it clear on each frame's web page the number that make up a case pack. Since I've ordered () before, I know that it is usually 6 frames per case pack and so you need to order in multiples of 6 in order to avoid an extra fee. But please state this clearly.

I guess it is my fault for not reading the entire spec, but I did not know I had to set up this easel. It did come with all tools needed and was easy for me but I would have preferred less set up.. Additionally, the white board is of low quality material and stains quickly. I am a classroom teacher and am use to good quality white boards and this is not it. It takes lots of energy to erase cleanly. Will continue to use it but will opt for higher quality (higher price probably) next time.

This display is the only one I could find that had the design I was looking for - vertical, flush to the wall, and suited for 4x9 pamphlets. It was easy to put together using the enclosed instructions and I was able to do it myself quickly & easily. All necessary parts were enclosed. It's pretty much exactly what I was looking for. Just wish though that you could buy additional pockets without having to buy another set of 4. Maybe I wanted a 6-pocket system. The other thing though was that shipping was pretty expensive for the lightness of the unit. Added about 50% to the cost of what I was buying. But, as they were the only ones who had what I was looking for, I bought from this company anyway. Communication was good as I was informed throughout the buying and shipping process as to the status of my order.

We received our display table and 2 of the plastic pieces on the sides were broken off and the bottom of the panel cracked. Additionally the middle piece is short and doesn't cover the entire front panel. This makes it so that the pieces don't match up.
Disappointing.....hope the replacement panels get here in time for our event.

We ordered () two types of acrylic sign holders for our company. When one of them arrived there were manufacturing flaws on the sign holder. I contacted the company right away and worked with Heather in customer service. She gathered as much information for me as she could and had them check the warehouse to see if all the sign holders had this flaw or if it was possible to replace them. In the end we were not able to have them replaced, but it meant so much to me to work with someone who genuinely wanted to help solve my problem. I placed the order on September 2nd. At the time, there was a slight back order, which I completely understood. I have checked the tracking status provided, and it still shows as "processing". I would think it was because of the backorder, but the item has been showing "in stock" since last Tuesday, 9/6, WITH a note stating "Order in the next [so & so amount of time] and this item will ship today".
If the item would be ship the same day for anyone else who has ordered () it SINCE last week, WHY has my item not shipped since September 2nd???
