The positive of these units is that they are light-weight and go together easy which makes them perfect for a trade show display.

But - yes but 2 of the 4 shelfs were welded wrong so they are too long to fit into the uprights. So bad construction QC.

Then called customers service they said "it's Friday no one is here call back" Monday called back and line kept dropping the call. So went on-line and filled out a form. Now waiting for someone to contact us.

Ordering and shipping were fine and hassle-free.

The assembly of the product I purchased (model LT3265FSBK) was not so good. The "wrench" included with the hardware package was too small for the nuts that hold the wheels to the frame, it fits the other nuts in the hardware package, but not the ones that hold the wheels to the frame. I had to supply the correct wrench to tighten these nuts and it is one of the first steps in the assembly process.

I followed the instructions (diagrams only, no written instructions) and when it came time to mount the plate that actually holds the TV, I found the two upright tubes the plate fastens to were not parallel, the factory had installed their clamps in such a manner as to prevent the TV mounting plate from aligning with any of the holes in the plate.

It took me a little while to see that the clamps were the problem, and fortunately, one of the hex key wrenches included in the hardware package fit the set screws on the clamps. Once I loosened the clamps and got the upright tubes aligned properly, the remainder of the assembly went fairly well.

The instructions need to direct the assembler to check the alignment of the upright tubes to be sure they are aligned properly, or the factory needs to do a better job being sure the tubes are aligned properly before they leave the factory.

Both issues i encountered were inexcusable in my book, thus the less than stellar rating.

My first order was not delivered. YRC said it was lost. DisplayMart could not find out what was going on. They reshipped a replacement for me and now that one is also not delivered. I needed it for an open house and I got stuck. I am still without the item and I'm not pleased.

They did process a refund of the shipping charges according to Tina. Still waiting to confirm that it was processed. This makes things a little better but I am still without the product I purchased.

I recently ordered (Roll Up Display Standee) 3 counter top display cases and 10 menu holders from Displays 2 go. The first display cases came 3 days after ordering and was excellent. 3 days later, the rest of the cases and menu holders showed up. The menu holders are beautifully constructed and easy to use. The 2 display cases were damaged. I called customer support and have 2 more coming and simply have to dispose of the others. Customer support was outstanding and easy. I thought this would end up being a nightmare but I am satisfied with both my order and outstanding customer service.

I ordered (Roll Up Display Standee) a set of RMBROHF brochure holders.

The product description stated 4" depth. Due a tapered design the bottom depth available is barely one inch! And, if you stack them as intended the upper dimensions are equally compromised. A bit disappointed, since the product was not usable for my needs. Company did respond in a timely manner and the issue is resolved.

I was fairly satisfied with the sign holders I purchased. They were on time and looked good, except for the fact that the sign holders were con-caved. The plastic was clean, and wrapped properly, however they were con-caved so they did not sit flush on the wall.
I realize con-cavity is a natural part of the plastic material in some cases, but i did not expect this, and this potential error should have been brought to my attention upon purchase.

I recently order a glass display case that looks exceptional while being functional. Numerous calls and emails were relayed back and forth delaying the delivery. Though I appreciate being extra cautious on fragile items, DisplayMart acted as if I had never received such a package. As explained to them, "this is NYC, we have 400 tenants on 30 floors with a FEDEX office next door to our location. We get UPS, FEDEX and USPS deliveries on a daily basis with only 1 person per company servicing our business. We've had CAT scan machines, fish tanks, commercial compressors & air conditioner units and a whole lot more delivered here on the same elevator. The display case is on 10 inches wide. If you want my business then get it done, you have until tomorrow. I was always willing to pay extra for premium service, this is not brain surgery and there are other companies that sell this same product." It finally got accomplished and we are very happy. I just felt that this was the first time they were shipping these delicate products.

Unit came before scheduled delivery date. Unit came with all required hardware to complete installation. It was a bit heavy and required two people to install. The lag bolts were made cheaply (likely Chinese) and did snap off during installation. I had to purchase new bolts from a local hardware store, which was a bit frustrating. All in All, the TV mount is a good product and built well enough to support my 47" plasma TV.

I never received a shipping confirmation but when I went to check on the shipping via the website, I was pleasantly surprised that the item was due to arrive the next day, less than a week from when I ordered (Roll Up Display Standee). However, when the package arrived, it looked like a 4 year old packed it. The item was surrounded by no more than tissue paper and the box had been beat up from the shipping and the amount of space left in the box. Thankfully, the items were not damaged but in the future they really should fill the empty space with the air pockets.

Having ordered (Roll Up Display Standee) over $3k of stock to outfit our store in Bermuda,I was told that only a bank transfer was acceptable. As a customer this gives me no security and i am not gambling with that amount of money. I cancelled the order only to find that my credit card had been charged. Basically having charged my credit card the company then demanded cash at the same time I had to continuously follow up to find out what had happened to my funds and it took 3 days to return them on my credit card. Appalling!
