Great displays - shipping packaging not so much. I received two displays that I purchased for our gift shop. One was a greeting card holder. The other one was to hang small Christmas ornaments on. The greeting card holder itself was great. But when you try to put it in the stand (which is plastic) it cracks the stand. There wasn't really a set of instructions other than something that looked like it came from China. But we are using the stand anyway. Like I said, the stand itself was great and just what we needed. But the plastic base for the stand was terrible and cracked.

I had originally planned to have two 40" x 27" old classic movie posters professionally framed, but upon hearing the price tag of $275 each (yikes!) decided to do a bit of internet research. This process was very simple from design to ordering to receiving my packages. I ordered (Advertising Roll UP Standee) three large vertical pull-up banners for a trade show. The templates were very easy to use and the file uploading process was quick and efficient. I received a personal confirmation from a representative (Kyle), shortly after paying for the banners, who guided me through the submission process and explained lead times and shipping times. Once my files were uploaded and I approved the proof, I received my banners in 9 days (shipped from Rhode Island to North Carolina).

My only complaint about this experience is that one of the zippers was broken on the banner carrying case. Also, the hardware on one of the other banners was dented. This could be avoided with more padding in the packaging.

Otherwise, I was completely satisfied with the quality of not only the banner materials, but of the service. I would totally recommend this to friends and businesses.

The inside size was too small. It was a very thin plastic molded case that would be easily damaged by shipping. I had to return and the return cost $94.50 which I should not have had to pay to return. It was half of the cost. I will never order anything from your company again as returns with good companies you don't have to pay for.

The reception desk was the perfect size and price until shipping cost more than the desk alone. It came on time but had chips and dents which are super obvious on a white desk. Also the shelves are flimsy. Other than that it fits in the allotted space perfectly. I'm just not super impressed with the quality or shipping cost.

Wet/Dry chalkboard arrived with what looks like half of a hand print on the board itself, perhaps from glue from constructing the board.
