Sturdy, well made product and simple assembly up to the very last step — the locking clips didn’t fit properly and had to be modified to secure the bottom of the vertical TV brackets to the stand horizontal support frame. The Chinese QC/QA needs improvement. Other than that it looks it should hold up for a long time.

The display unit (a spiral rack) came promptly, and communication from the company regarding shipping was excellent. Somehow in transit, the package was mangled. Probably because of this, one of the link rods didn’t fit. After a long time trying to figure out why the pieces didn’t connect, one link rod fit and the other cracked.

To their credit, the company made arrangements to send me a replacement in an expedited manner. My compliments to Helia in customer service!

Things go wrong, but I am very pleased with my product and the company who sold it.

I ordered () a cash counter wrap that cost $200. The shipping was $160 from a lift gate truck. I'm expecting a very large and heavy delivery. What arrived was a massively over package assembly yourself kit that could have been shipped as a normal UPS delivery easily.
I know it will be hard to believe but bulk of the shipment was actually two large empty boxes stacked on top of each other. I was in shock and disbelief when I saw what I paid $160 to have shipped.

Good Product. The quality of the stand is decent and the price per stand is affordable. The shipping was quick, and the shipping cost was very reasonable. We received the sign stands less than a week after initially placing the order online. The stands are of good quality, easy to assemble, and came with good and simple assembly instructions. They will make a great addition to the museum's display apparatus'. We only experienced one negative with our order. Some of the boxes were a little beat up when we received them and one of the sign stands was significantly damaged, but we were able to bend it back into place without much trouble and with little cosmetic blemish.

I ordered () a 5/8 x 5/8" stainless steel standoff which looks nice, but is not dimensioned as specified on their site. The information and drawing specifies the bolt on the cap to be 3/8" but it is smaller, a little over 1/4". I ordered () the standoff for the cap, and I can't use it since it is the wrong dimension.

I appreciate the timely delivery and the value. However, I put up one of the sign holders and overnight it fell and shattered in one of the corners. I am not sure whether they are just too heavy for the adhesive pads. I am hesitant to put up the second one without buying stronger adhesive pads.

Purchased a rolling TV stand and the base bolt and nut created a dangerous stress point because the nut couldn't screw all the way into the bolt meaning if I put a TV on the stand the stress point wouldn't be the actual frame. Called customer support twice and they were utterly confused as to why that was a problem. Easier to buy correct parts from a hardware store then dealing with the company.

Ordered 10 of a little display unit and requested that they be boxed together instead of shipped all individually. They arrived individually with an outrageous amount of freight. When a business orders from a business we understand what freight charges should be. A little bit more responsiveness to comments would be appreciated. Or at least an explanation why you are unable to follow instructions.

I am thus far very pleased with how attractive my clear, snap-shut outdoor brochure dispenser is! I attached it to a glass surface with the enclosed suction cups, but may switch to double sided tape. It's back is a flat surface so that will work fine. I have the option of attaching the business card dispenser to the front but am not forced to use it. It arrived well protected with bubble wrap in an appropriate sized box. So far, so good! Thank you

So I placed my order last week and double checked the shipping address (like I always do). This week when I'm checking the tracking I kept seeing delivery exceptions for incorrect address. DisplayMart put the wrong city, state and zip code on the shipping label. I called Fed Ex and they caught it and corrected it but it delayed delivery by three days. Sharon in customer service was very helpful but I will not be using these guys again.
