I thought the cabinet is a bit large. Also wish it would click closed without having to use the key. Perhaps later there can be options for different sizes. Also wish the cabinet could be adjusted to an even lower position.

Was shocked when my item was on my doorstep less than 24 hours later. I Was very excited to get my new sandwich board so I could use it at my farmers market but when I took it out of the box the sandwich board fell apart. None of the wood was glued together. It is fixable but frustrating that I have to put the product together. Plus one side of one of the chalkboards has a crack. I think I got the lemon. It happens but just be prepared to maybe have to finish the item you purchased.

We ordered (Roll Up Standee , Size: 6feet/3feet) the 29 inch, 4 tiered wire display. We really wanted the 18 inch, 6 tier display, but you had to buy two. We are a small non-profit that will use the display for our booklets and brochures at our meetings. We share our meeting site with other groups so we have to store our displays between meetings. The one with the smaller footprint would have been more practical. We were disappointed that you had exactly what we wanted, but we had to settle for second choice.

So not only do you pay out of your but for shipping but no matter how much you pay they do not bring it in the store. This is awesome seeings I had health issues and it go left curb side. I hade to pay my customers to bring it in the store. Oh and all reviews are correct the directions suck. Verry little wording and some crappy pics. I do already have other show cases and the are made way better. Theses are really on the low end of quality. It does look nice once you take it apart and put it back together 5 times cause the directions suck. But I think I’ll stick with the other company we used last time. On the up side shipping was fast but not worth what i paid for it to be dropped on the dam sidewalk.

The iPad Pro Wall mount I purchased is top quality - best design I could find for the price, and shipping/packaging was excellent, however the unit has one MAJOR flaw...the tabs that engage the locks on the bottom are aluminum and only engage maybe 50% of the length locking latches. This means that the unit can easily be pried open from the bottom...not good as we intend to used these for digital signs in public spaces. I still however like this unit the best of all I could find, so we will just be making some modifications to strengthen the locking mechansims.

Ordered a bar table and paid for the three day delivery. The table arrived as scheduled but was missing a critical part. The package arrived in good condition and unopened. One end of the box was double tapped. Meaning that it has been opened previously. Requested for the missing part to be overnight on Monday morning. Customer service said the best they could do was sent it overnight the following day and I'll get it on Wednesday. Didn't get it until Thursday. So, paid the extra money for three day delivery in the front end, and finally have a table a week latter from the original believerie date. First and last order they'll get from me!!

I called customer service, who was very kind, but and who worked hard to try to find me an answer. The stand that is designed to hold an IPad Mini arrived promptly -- but, it appeared to have been re-taped and upon opening the cardboard box there was no doubt that a severe drop must have happened --- the plastic molding that held the various parts had sustained 12 inch and 3 inch tears where the heavy base was positioned --- amazingly, there was no damage found. However, once assembled -- it was discovered that parts 4 and 7 were missing. Obviously, when the box was dropped, it popped open and parts went flying -- then someone gathered and repacked the parts quite well - leaving out the missing items. The parts are not critical and the stand works fine. Instead of plastic, old fashioned styrofoam might have sustained the incident better - but environmentally un-good

The shipping was great, fast and the frames were well protected. I'm disappointed because some frames were scratched and one glass came with a scratch. I could fairly easily hide the scratches on the frames, however the glass is not fixable making one frame useless.
