timely shipping, easy construction. One grid was damaged slightly - bent. The legs were straightened but the bend in the body is beyond repair. The base pieces could be a little larger to make it more stable. All in all, the product works as advertised and the price was reasonable. I plan to use it in a lot more art shows in future. It might be nice if they offered an easy hook system to hang art. I will have to buy something from another source. "S" hooks are too difficult to use with the tight grid.

Sometimes you find out the product isn't right for you and the box has been tossed. Both displays arrive rather quickly. They were very easy to put together. Minor issue with the base plate. When removing the bubble wrap, the bubbles left permanent marks on the base plate. Whipping it down with a cleaner was of no use. The instructions for glass shelf could of been better. Fast and the product looked exactly like it did online. Came with mat for frame and it looked awesome. We didn't need the mats for what we were doing, but they look pretty decent. We ordered (Roll Up Standee, Size: 6 X 3 And 5 X 2) 13- 11x14 frames. Only reason I gave 4 stars was because one of the frames wasn't in a small box like the others and it looked like it was wrapped carelessly and there was packaging tape over one side of the frame and a portion of the glass. I had to take a couple of minutes to remove it with goo gone.

I placed an order for a sign holder with a brushed aluminum base but the order was cancelled because those won't be available again for 6 weeks. Pretty disappointing because they would work well in our hospital. I've been online with Amazon, eBay, and several others sites and no one has anything as nice as these seemed to be. When I opened the box, the bottom tabs of one of the displays were almost completely torn off. I had to tape them together before I was able to put the display together. Your packaging personnel should check the condition of the product before it is shipped. The instructions to put the display together were not all that helpful.

I purchased 3 revolving card racks whose description stated the pockets were 8", but which could not fit an 8" card. When I contacted customer service for finding a more suitable product, it was suggested that I put my cards in sideways (which no customer would bother to crane their neck to view), and I was given a brusque link to the Returns information. The cost for me to receive and return these racks exceeds the order value, and so I am stuck with items I can't use. The online rep used poor grammar, no manners, and no soft skills. I likely will not shop here again.

Follow up: I was contacted by Customer Service, who graciously offered apologies and solutions. I'm happy with the personalized problem-solving I received, and look forward to the chance to shop with them again.

Our new wood newspaper rack arrived quicker than expected and in good shape.
We did have a slight problem with the top display window. The glue and the staples were not stable and had to be have new glue and stapled to complete the display.
Overall, the display looks great in the store location and the managers are happy with the look.
We will buy again when needed.

When you order online, you just never know what the quality will actually be these days. I was blown away by DisplayMart. This product FAR exceeded my expectations. The product arrived very quickly as well. DisplayMart was recommended by my marketing guy, someone who rarely advises to do business outside of our local circle. Love It!! It’s exactly what I was looking for and more. It’s very well constructed, easy to assemble and disassemble, and can be separated into 2 or 3 pieces painlessly for easy transport if needed.
The base legs are offset, such that the side that the TV mounts to are longer, to account for the center of gravity. I am personally modifying it slightly, so that I can turn it around and attach a projector screen (to give both options).

REALLY? Complete sentences, punctuation and proper grammar are important especially when dealing with approvals. When we got into the review process, I had modified the banner based upon concerns from production on image quality. Old images were included in my new review and again, communication was not clear.

I hope that the final product arrives on time and looks great. I can overlook some of these things if the quality of the product is GREAT.

I bought 4 of the black 8x10 frames with white matte. They are nice frames, very sturdy & solid. The only thing I noticed is the mattes are not bright white, they are more of an ivory or off-white, but it was close enough for what I was using them for. I would purchase again from DisplayMart.

I tracked the order all over the country until it wound up in a Henderson, CO warehouse for two days before being delivered by FedEx on Wed. May 20th, 5 hours after I needed them for photographs at a friend's funeral.
It is not worth my time or the 20% restocking fee to return them.
