i did not receive a tracking number called in was told it was shipped 2 days ago and that i was going to receive a tracking number same day.After 4 days i called again and was told that they could not give me a tracking number until it crossed the border ? strange this is the only company that ships orders out with any tracking system does not make any since at all ,i am wondering do they drive the merchandise to the border themselves?

The quality of the stand is excellent. It's not made of flimsy materials. Glass and metal components are high quality. The only suggestions I have are, 1) Better instruction manual 2) plastic or rubber grommets/seals where power and A/V cables route through the stand. And finally, there is an opening at the top of the stand that isn't large enough for a HDMI cable to pass through. I will file this opening to allow for better routing through the top to the TV. Your self-adhesive shelf talker clips are the best option for my needs, by far! At roughly $0.24 apiece (including shipping) they are quite expensive when compared to other clips, but again, they’re the best I’ve seen.
As long as my employer continues to reimburse me for them, I’ll be using nothing else!

The product looks great and is just what I expected. A couple of disappointments during assembly. One hole was not machined accurately enough to receive the intended bolt, so had to omit that one (1 of 8), slightly compromising the stability. One wheel receptacle was not securely welded into its slot, so that wheel spins with a mind of its own. For the price, I expected some less-than perfect quality so was not surprised. I would still buy the product again if I needed another.

Just want to add this...when the company read my review they offered a discount. Seriously, I was not expecting that and I probably would have been a return customer anyway...but for SURE now, when I need anything they sell, I am buying it from DisplayMart.

Nice product but shipping is really expensive. I was able to have it shipped to a mover and they delivered to and unpacked it in my office for $200. Displays to go were going to charge me more than I paid for the case to deliver it to my space.

Item I ordered (SILVER Paperboard Roll Up Stand, For Advertising) came promptly and while the box it was shipped in was damaged the contents were fine. For my purpose - displaying 5 flavors of popcorn I produce for sale in stores, the rack is adequate though not a perfect fit. My bags are 8” wide and 15” tall, if the rack was 6” taller it would fit my product better. If the rack fits your item it is functional, light but sturdy storage/display rack.

I had a problem with one of the products and I thought I might have to return the items. But when I called customer service, the person was very helpful and thorough in getting it resolved.

DisplayMart's prices are very reasonable. My only complaint is that the 40" wide panoramic acrylic frame I bought has a 1/2" gap in the top between the two acrylic pieces now that it's hung. It needs another little magnet in the middle of the top of the frame. There's no easy way to tape or glue the two pieces together without it showing.

Packaging was ripped in half and mostly destroyed upon receipt but nothing was broken inside. However, due to manhandling, assembly was MUCH more difficult as the tracks that the panels slide into were bent. We anticipated an easy assembly after watching the video and that was one of the main reasons we purchased as we are not handy. The reality was about 2 hours due to the tracks being bent and the glass door not opening due to being off center. Also, the video and the instructions show the bottom piece that goes inside at the bottom having a hole but it does not so that caused some debate. The glass door would not open due to postal manhandling causing it to be off center and tilted against one side. After much head scratching, we figured out how to adjust it from below with the screws that held the door on so it was centered and would open without breaking. All issues were related to postal handling so I would recommend improved packaging to avoid these issues going forward. Nice display but somewhat overpriced in my opinion.

We received our order very soon. They are really nice quality and study. As a church, we have a lot of 11x17 posters to display on tables and they were constantly getting blown over on the cardboard holders. These acrylic holders will work very nicely. I really only needed one stand, but DisplayMart required a minimum purchase of 2. The stands arrived quickly, which was great. One stand set up just fine, and I'm very happy with it. It will display my books exactly how I need them to be displayed. The other stand, however, had a fundamental problem with a hook at the back which prevented it from being set up. The hook was bent too tight required some pliers to adjust it. ADDENDUM: When DisplayMart found out I had a problem with the stand I was quickly contacted about the problem and given a partial refund. I even discovered that I don't need to order the minimum requirement if I call in an order.

The Product is built of strong quality steel. The Assembly was easy. Rolling the product with the TV installed is very easy and demonstrates the quality of the wheel/base. The Shelving doesn't attach, but rather just sits on top of four sticky pads. Other than that, we love the product.

I have an older Panasonic Plasma TV that I was looking to mount on the wall. It has a non-standard mounting pattern and the area that I want to mount it has support issues, there is a pocket door in the wall so it does not full studs in the area where I want the tv. I found a mount that seemed to be able to fit the bill, but had questions so I called customer service for specifics. The person I spoke to had no knowledge of the products and was basically looking at the same website page I was. When I asked them questions they basically read me it information from the website. They were no help and didn't instill confidence that I was making the correct purchase.

Long story short, I bought the mount that I thought would work, installed it and it seems to be doing the job.

However one of the biggest reasons I went with your company was because the scheduling of the event I ordered (SILVER Paperboard Roll Up Stand, For Advertising) it for was tight. Your company add "guaranteed" two day delivery. I sent the order in 3 days in advance, But because it was after the cutoff date it was shipped the next day...Fair enough. It still should have arrived Friday but it did not. By the time I received it it was too late. We did not have it for my important display in Albany. I had to spend a lot of time rushing around to find a back up display board and the one I was able to get was mediocre at best.

That same day, I thenI contacted DisplayMart by an email to customer service to change my shipping from standard to overnight, but I was too late. The site was fine. The product was a little bit less than what we expected... We had ordered (SILVER Paperboard Roll Up Stand, For Advertising) four of the same sign and one of the signs did not come with an Allen (hex) wrench. The threaded holes needed additional post processing (i.e., there was rough metal and the screws had difficulty screwing in and out). And lastly, the instructions said to remove a protective film from the clear screens, but there didn't appear to have been any protective film to remove.
