Nice sign but came in very flimsy cardboard box and there were no hanging chains (not sure if they fell out b/c the box was pretty crushed). Great price for a simple yet bright "open" sign. Will review again after using it for several months to see how well it's made.

ordered (Roll Up Display Stands, For Advertise) 2 frames. Both arrived well packaged for shipping but when I removed packing material, both frames were damaged - chipped and dented. The box was fine. There must be a low level of quality control to allow these to leave the warehouse. I had to fix both frames so that they could be given as gifts.

Customer service said they would call me back, they lied. And now I have an outlet that is too close for the mount. I expect that will go poorly as well when I try to put it up this weekend. Avoid this company at all costs.

Update - Reduced to 1 star

They still couldn't answer a simple question even after the fact, the instructions are just useless. Also if your not going to buy your own grade 5 lags the instructions actually suggest mounting in drywall for up to 99 lbs plus the weight of the mount. So if you don't want your new TV to rip out your drywall, get your own hardware.
