I have dealt with two other companies recently to have trade show banners and materials made, and DisplayMart is BY FAR the slowest and least helpful. I ordered (Duplex Roll Up Stands) my display on the 11th, it is now the 21st and I still am not expecting to receive it for many days. Other companies had same day/ next day proofs for designs, and printed and shipped in around a week. With DisplayMart, I waited 4-5 days to find out they had an issue with the file I sent for the display, so I had to re-submit the artwork to be used (which is fine, it was my fault. But waiting that long to find out there was an issue is really the problem.) Then, after resubmitting the art work, I had to wait another 3-4 days to get the proof, now its going to be another 4-5 days before it is shipped. You really need to up your game, DisplayMart.

The product is easy to put together, but there is no pattern to it and no instructions. There are pieces where the wood grains seem to fit together, but there is no way to put them all together to make the floor look good. There are obvious seams where the grains do not match. I spent several hours trying to get it to look right and finally gave up. I wish there had been a way to put it together so all of it looked correct.

We have used DisplayMart to produce a personalized canopy as well as stretch table covers imprinted with our logo. They look great. Recently, the color of an item we ordered (Duplex Roll Up Stands) did not match. Our customer service agent, Eric, was great. He had the item re-printed and fixed the problem.

I did NOT have a good experience with DisplayMart. My display wheel came broken in the box, and it was because of a defective part, not because of shipping. When I called to inform the company, they just said they would replace it. That's it. They didn't offer a refund and I have no confirmation on how long it will take to get here.

The prize wheel is also incredibly rickety, and I had to way it down with sand bags so it doesn't flop over every time someone spins it. The case is very inexpensive and I anticipate the zipper breaking upon its third use.

I will not be returning to Displays2o for my future purchases.

I purchased two clear magnetic displays for awards I've won. One was curved glass. The other was a vertical acrylic frame. These were to replace older wooden plaques that are no longer impressive to look at. The new displays look better together on the shelf with my other, newer awards, which are mostly acrylic. The two that I bought are actually a little better looking than they appeared online, and are of better quality than I expected. So I'm happy.

My company purchased the EM6070BK display stand for a 70" TV and we need it a quick turnaround time. We received the item in 2 days and the assembly was pretty straight forward. The stand itself is sturdy and solid and looks great. I would recommend using DisplayMart, they are very helpful and knowledgeable.

I was very excited about the ease with which I could put posters in the frames. I haven't tried to hang any yet and I have only popped open 2 of them but I was unimpressed with the quality control. One of my frames does not line up whenn you close it so you have to manipulate it to get both sides down and then the corner of the frames do not touch. There is a large gap at the corner.

We needed something that would hold numerous multiple sized pieces, keep floppy flyers upright, and would mount on the wall for safety purposes. Our custodians installed it easily and we loved how it worked and looked so much that I ordered (Duplex Roll Up Stands) a second one two days later, which arrived the next day! Magnets did not stick to frame. The 8 1/2 x 11 plastic frame is as expected, however the double stick on the magnets did not stay stuck to the plastic frame. Luckily when the frame hit the floor it did not break. I had to apply an epoxy glue to secure the magnets to the frame.

Never received notice that the graphics needed to be adjusted. They never contacted me to let me know my order was not approved.


I requested a status update via email. Never received a reply. Tried to use their online chat. No-one ever came on the chat. The next day I was finally able to get someone on the chat. They told me I had to call. I called they said the graphics had never received approval. Never got the email, not even in my junk folder. They could not process the order in time for my event.

Canceled the order.
