I found this very wasteful. That could have been handled much better.
But the product was great for what we need it for.

I purchased the 80" TV Cart last week. The product is very sturdy and the assembly instructions where clear and easy to follow. Assembly itself was also very easy. The reason for 4 starts is that some of the plastic caps on the TV mounting rails had fallen off during shipping and I had to figure out hose to re-orient them and re-install. The biggest issue, was the lack of an adjustment feature to tilt the angle of the TV slightly forward or backward to optimize the viewing angle. I ended up using a 1/2" plastic shim at the top of the vertical mounting pieces to get the TV to angle down slightly. Bottom line, it's a great stand, sturdy and reliable, I just wish it had adjustment features.

The floating glass picture frame that I purchased was described on the web site as being able to fit a 11x14 diploma. When I received the frames, I discovered that yes they can fit an 11x14 diploma BUT there would be no longer be a glass areas around the diploma.

So basically the frames are USELESS for me because they're too small. And it's pointless for me to return them because of the shipping cost!

No Problem with Customer Service or Shipping however my product's "Instructions" it came with were a joke, I literally thought I was on candid camera. If a product is being purchased to be assembled by the customer, your company should oversee that products quality of instructions.

I simply would not purchase from your company again because of the lack of QC in the products you sell. An easel is relatively a simply structure to make and if were to purchase a larger more complex product to assemble I would have have faith that you would ensure that proper instructions were provided.

The frames I bought were shipped extremely fast...I had weird sizes that I needed frames for and DisplayMart had what I needed at a very competitive price. For the cost of the shipping of ANYTHING from this company, you would think they would actually seek out companies that care about their product when they are shipping it. We order a LOT and a LOT of it comes damaged in some way.

Overall value for the product is good, just doesn't always get here right. The shipping costs are often more than the cost of the products.

Placed order at 3:00 on a Friday. It will be processed/shipped on Monday due to 2:00 cut off time. Ground shipping is expensive at $20.05, order was only $106.40. Shipping was an additional 25% of order, which I find very expensive especially for a new customer.

Ordered 122 burgundy tablecloths. Received them in a timely manner. Received 30 pcs of a darker hue and 92 of a lighter hue. Disappointed with the different colors - when ordering the website didn't caution you that there maybe dye lot differences. Customer service was very good and refunded me my purchase otherwise I would have rated the transaction lower. I still don't have the tablecloths I need but at least I don't have different colors of tablecloths that cost me my budget.

We had "donation boxes" that had cam locks but, unfortunately, some of the keys were unaccounted for (in the hands of people who we believe would raid them). Also the cam locks have a locking mechanism that can be moved to unlock the lid with a pen knife.

So, a box with a hasp gives us the ability to change locks and a new way to control the matter.

We did modify the boxes to add a sleeve slanting inside the box though. The same person who will jimmy the cam locks will turn a box upside down and use a butter knife to still get to the bills, albeit, one at a time.

So, I think if you sold the clear plastic sleeve as an option it would sell.,

Yet they still twist in the frame very easily. I would say it is a design flaw and they need to be reinforced in the corners to keep from bending. I can not recommend this product and I am disappointed.
