Unfortunately, there was a stain in the matting caused by a stray bug being caught between matting and glass. When I called to see if I could replace the matting, they offered to send me out a new frame free of charge. Very satisfied with product and customer service.

Site works well, fast shipping and packaged very well. Only gripe is that they charge a fee for "broken cases" literally costing more than the product itself. $10 to open a box? Display also broke very easily (holding it from the corner, the weight of itself cracked it) so had to purchase another and of course was imposed yet another broken case fee.

Because of this, unfortunately, I would not order from here again.

The display rack showed up quickly and it's perfect for our needs. We have 5 x 7 horizontal cards in clear cellophane with envelopes - so essential they are 5.5 x 7.5. The pockets fit them perfectly. I made a small sign on heavy card stock and it fit right into the holder. Super easy to assemble. I would definitely recommend this rack.

The nameplates were great and looked exactly like the picture.
However, assembly was a bit more of a hassle than expected. When you tear the templates out of the 8x11 sheet, it is slightly too big for the plate so I had to trim them down a little which was tedious. You could leave it as it is, but it wouldn't look as sharp.

While the website was a little difficult to navigate (I had to look in a few different places to look at examples of what I needed), The descriptions and pictures were right on point. The price was also VERY good compared to other sites that I looked at. The product that I would have purchase was out of stock - and when I called they said it may be months to get in - that was disappointing.
Also, I think it would be helpful if the site suggested appropriate sized shipping containers with their other products. I bought a table 6 months back and came back wanting to find a permanent case to ship it in since the table worked out well. I had a hard time being certain of which containers would work (I worry when the size is within 1 inch of what I need) and It would've been easier if there had been a suggestion for cases on the page for the table I purchased.

When the product arrived, it was in about 150 pieces and contained NO instructions. After calling the company 3 times, I was finally emailed directions...but they did not match the cubby I ordered (Trade Show Displays Manufacturers, Suppliers & Wholesalers). The serial numbers were the same but the pictures of the finished product were not. Even if they were the correct directions, they were so vague and NONE of the pieces were labeled so we had to guess which piece was which. Once opened, some of the pieces were dent or damaged. For 4 hours, I puzzled the cubby together without any proper instructions because returning it meant packaging it back up in its original packaging (you have to be kidding me) and then a restocking fee.
We finally got it together after using 2 people, 5 books (for structural support because it kept fling apart) and had about 50 pieces of hardware left over. It was such a headache. I would never order anything from this company again.

There was also an extra set of screws which were not noted in the instructions or even needed. Found it easier to get the parts myself than waste time to contact company to send parts. After asking what my shipment status was, they finally got back to me a week after my order was placed letting me know my shipment was damaged and my order was cancelled. I asked for the order to be placed again, but they refused, stating "they had a new computer system" and it would not be possible to re-order, despite the fact that the item was readily available for order online.

The overall experience is very good but there was one glitch that should not have occurred. When assembling the unit it went together easily but the screw holes on the center column that the two shelf brackets screwed into we're drilled at an angle so the center shelves were not level. The only way to correct this was to use only the top screws and not the bottom screws to hold the shelf bracket level. The QC needs to be improved on the manufacturing end.

When I ordered (Trade Show Displays Manufacturers, Suppliers & Wholesalers) the same setup for a new office a year later I spoke to 3 different sales persons who stated the order would ship with the correct hardware, but still I received the wrong screws. Although the company was quick to resolve the issue I am frustrated that there is a mis-communication between the sales and parts department.
