I ordered (Display Stand for Trade Shows) a case for military flag from my father's funeral. The first case I received was damaged in shipping. I called and described the damage and they immediately shipped me a new one and did not require me to jump thru a bunch of hoops or pay for additional shipping or anything. I just received the new display case and it was very well packaged and protected from possible damage. It arrived in excellent condition and I now have the flag framed and displayed.

I was a bit concerned about the condition my pamphlet rack might arrive. I had read a previous review and was "iffy" about using this company.
However the product was exactly what I wanted based on other shopping sources do decided to "go for it" after an on-line chat about returns for damaged orders.

Buy an adjustable height office chair, and you reach down to a lever and adjust. Buy an adjustable height table, and you press a button to raise or lower it. Buy an adjustable height Monitor stand from Displays to go, and you need to remove 4 screw-washer sets from the back after removing the monitor along with two retaining screws, move it up or down a fixed amount, remount the monitor, replace the four mounting sets, then see whether you need to repeat. This is poor product description. Not pleased.

The quality of the IPAD Kiosk Stand was very poor. After assembly the stand was very wobbly. In addition, the security lock was broken. Had to send it back but also had to pay UPS about $60 for shipping on a $130 product. Not very good customer service policy for a defective product

The processing of an order takes over a week to get shipped out. Tracking information is incomplete. We are a large university in Canada and could do a lot of business with this company but instead we will source alternate Canadian sources since this US one seems inept. When my order does arrive I will return it just on principle. I have since sourced the item elsewhere and already received my goods in the time it took DisplayMart to just process my order.

As a company, we recently began purchasing most of our display products from DisplayMart and have always received excellent products, value, and service.

If I may offer one suggestion for improvement, it would be to include in the product description the hue of the LED lighting when applicable. We have purchased four display units each with LED lighting; three were cool, the other warm in color. We are working with an electrician to convert the fourth to match the cool hue of the others.

I found it concerning that I wasn't able to fit the pieces of the stand together and have them actually fasten together. The addition of even just a couple of washers would enhance the reliability greatly.

We received a black survey box that was thoughtfully designed with, in my opinion, great features for a flexible-use survey box. It has a clear, removable frame where you can exchange informational signs (or opt not to use a sign at all), a lock, a spot for pens and paper, and it is wall-mounting or table-sitting. On top of that, the price was a good one :). We received the order in a timely fashion. Thanks!

Some will work perfect but nearly everything I have bought that requires any kind of assembly have quality issues like incorrect size and low quality parts.

Frames are flimsy and not really of good quality. They will work but they will not last. Thin metal, weak corners, just kind of cheap.
