Very nice selection of products. I ordered (Roll Up Banner Stand) a 12-tier brochure holder that was beautiful and it arrived on time. The only reason I gave the company four stars instead of five is that the shipping charges can be a little steep. There is another product I wanted to buy, but the shipping cost was over $60 for a $277 product that is not large or heavy enough to warrant this kind of shipping charge so I didn't make that particular purchase. But I'll continue to shop there if the shipping cost is not too high on any given item.

We ordered (Roll Up Banner Stand) two black locking wood-and-acrylic ballot/entry boxes with attached 8.5" x 11" poster holders. The order came quickly (just standard shipping) and the boxes are very attractive. I'd rate them as 5 stars except the front corner of one of the boxes was pushed in and touched up with a black marker. Because it was touched up, this happened before shipping; in fact, the packaging was quite thorough. Not worth the trouble of sending the box back but a little disappointing.

The order came with the right quantity and parts on time. The sheets for printing the signs on which were sent were not even close to level and could not be used. I ordered (Roll Up Banner Stand) 23 - 6 inch oval signs and couldn't use any of the provided vellum/frosted paper templates as the holes were punched way out of level. I've contacted Displays customer service about 2-3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for an answer or resolution. I was looking at the cardboard ballot boxes for a Tricky Tray. At first, I wasn't sure what size would work so when I learned that DisplayMart offers free samples, I took full advantage. I received the sample within 2 days! It did wind up being too small so I ordered (Roll Up Banner Stand) the next size (item #WCSBBV2) . When they arrived the assembly instructions were not included. The boxes were not difficult to figure out but we had student volunteers putting them together so I wanted to make sure they came out right. I contacted Customer Service and the representative immediately emailed me the instructions with illustrations. The boxes were easy to assemble, sturdy, looked great at our event and fulfilled their intended purpose ! And you can't beat the price because they're totally reusable. We've already stored them for next year! I highly recommend DisplayMart!

I purchased a 6 foot reception desk with glass front display. The directions for putting the desk together were horrible. Luckily my husband is very handy and figured it out on his own. There were a few chips in the pressed wood and mars, which was disappointing. The shipping was very fast. Overall I really like the desk, but unless you have an engineer handy who can build something from a thousand pieces with no guidance...you're pretty much screwed.

I ordered (Roll Up Banner Stand) (4) 11x17 magenetic tabletop poster holders. I love the product and have used it before. However, the poster holders came in two boxes that both looked like they'd been through a war!! There were huge gouges out of both boxes and they were very dented. 3 out of the 4 poster holders were well packaged in plastic and bubble wrap and survived the battle the boxes had been through, but one had no packing around it and was damaged. I HATE to be out in a position where I have to decide whether to use something that's slightly damaged right away or wait to go through the hassle of returning it and waiting for a new one. It puts too much work on me. I just used the damaged poster holder, but am bummed that I had to pay for a damaged product.

I called this morning to check on an online order placed this month on September 1st for (2) nonprinted table drapes, 1 red and 1 white. After finding the order, customer service (Rob) said he thought that one of the table drapes was on back order and that he would call me back as soon as he heard from the warehouse. It is now 7:00 pm CST and I still have not heard anything about the order. I'm very unset about not receiving the order yet and just as importantly, the communication is very bad.
