The iPad Air stand I ordered (Outdoor Retractable Banner Stands & Displays) is of the highest quality...not a cheap rip off version one might expect at such a discount. The package arrived safely, though I might suggest taping your box flaps on both ends. My box was open when I found it on my doorstep, but everything was inside. Not so sure that would be the case if it had not been such a specific item.

I got an email and call on 9/13 notifying me that you ran out of table runners and weren't able to complete the order. Not only was it supposed to be in hand by 9/13, but I received no further information about my order after the the 13th. No idea if my order is coming once the table runner is back in stock or not.

Ordered a large display case. Case was shipped came VERY quickly, however, it was missing the keys to lock and unlock the glass. I called up and was mailed a set of keys, which I received in a couple business days. Case is beautiful and customer service representative was efficient, only thing keeping from a perfect score is the fact that the keys weren't included in the original shipment and I had to call to request them.

I was excited how quick the product came, however, the product, after opening the packaging, the product was chipped and hardware missing, chipped to the point where the particle board has a quarter size chunk taken out. I was not able to inspect the product with FedEx, because the person did not stay. I would recommend better packaging for product, especially if product ship cost is $100.00. The product should of been wrapped individually and boxed, then the shipping box should be double corrugated, not single.

Poor website construction. I like the acrylic products; it is just too hard place an order. It should be easy for a customer to give you their money.
1. I asked for a password reset email; it never arrived.
2. I had to finally call for help when the site kept asking for my address again after just entering it.

I accidentally ordered (Outdoor Retractable Banner Stands & Displays) the wrong size frame and was told I would have to pay for the return as well as an extra restocking fee. Then I was told I would have to pay another fee to break open a box. The additional charges amounted to the same as ordering a full box. Now I have 6 frames I do not need. There are many companies who do not have hidden charges and will gladly allow me to correct an order. I will not use this company again.

The piece is beautiful and super easy to assemble. It looks great in my display. I was please to find that the piece for signage does not have to be attached and it still looks finished. I wish it had come with some felt pads for the feet as I am using it on a tabletop display. Now we just have to determine how durable it is and that will come with time.

Dont bother adding instructions for the carrier on delivery. Instructions clearly stated to leave on steps. I was home all day and even had my door open to accept a package. Driver left the package at the corner of my home in the rain. This is a cardboard box containing cardboard products. My advice...buy from someone that can clearly advise their delivery service for the products they sell!

We purchased the Adjustable iPad Tablet Floor Stand Tilting & Rotating Bracket - Black for OWL Shots, our photography & photo booth company. We were happy to receive it sooner than expected. Sturdy base, easy assembly, adjustable. The stand tends to shake a bit if you're using one hand, but you can solve that by lifting stand higher so people can hold the iPad with both hands when entering info, email, etc. We can fit both, iPads and iPad Mini. Hi I would like to say the order was delivered very quickly,the product was as described,makes the yard look exclusive,. The reason I gave 4 out 5 stars,is because they did not notify prior to purchase that they do not carry additional accessory that would be needed ,such as a longer or replacement rope if you purchase the post be prepared to go to a local hardware store if you need longer chains ,or connecting extenders ,or clips to allow the post to connect if they are further apart than the merchandise provides . Any replacements or chains they don't sell and you can only purchase the posts in boxes of 2 so if you only need one rope or one more post you will have to order 2. Otherwise its is a nice product !

These were great as holders for our Sports Themed table place cards however they were not all straight, and made the cards look out of line, unorganized. We ended up with extras and used them to hold pictures taken of our event. Good save!

I wanted an affordable black wood display for an important item.
Delivery to NYC was very fast.
The frame was very heavy and sturdy as needed. Larger than many others which may not securely hold a thick folded high quality flag. I feel the size and weight would not be suitable for hanging using the single sawtooth hanger. it would really require a double keyhole slot type mounting to hang securely. I opted for tabletop display.
Sadly, a wooden trim piece on one of the three sides was broken off inside the frame, exposing a glued joint. The metal pins of it scratched things up from moving during shipment. i had to hold and hammer it back in, as returning it was too much trouble for the size and weight.
Afer displaying it, I returned to that room hours later and there was a strong chemical smell filling the room. The adhesive or packaging perhaps. I moved it to a garage for a couple of days before moving it back. The smell dissipated for the most part.
Nice display overall for the price. Just a little disappointed in having to repair it.

My order came quickly and was reasonably priced but the wrong color was shipped to me. So when I contacted customer service I received excellent care and immediate attention about my issue.

The next day I received an email from customer service letting me know that the order could not ship since the remaining stock was all maked with the wrong color. I asked when a restock would happen and I was told 3 months.

I was very disappointed to not to be able to have my order filled since I needed the items within the week. I am currently waiting to receive my refund.

I had read a negative review about the construction of the print display easel, but decided I would take a chance and try to fix any problems. But was not even functional and after hours trying to repair it I gave up. The prints slip through a gap in the stand and the spread on the base was too narrow which made it unstable.
Even though I had not requested it, I was given a full refund. Great customer service!
