The purchase process was easy. The lectern arrived quickly, well packaged, but with no directions. I figured they thought I could figure it out. I succeeded but the top is a bit sideways to the base. One of the caster wheels doesn't turn easily like the others, preventing it from rolling in a straight line. Finally, without instructions, I just discovered I put the top on backwards, so must now disassemble it. It wasn't very fun to assemble in the first place, so I'm not looking forward to it and I'm confident the top will still be out of kilter. I thought I was getting a good deal. I got what I paid for. This is my second tv display. It has worked out well for my apartment. TV is in a great position to view, I didn't have to mount it on the wall and I can move the tv whenever I want to change the look of the apartment. I was looking for a monitor stand to set up two 24" monitors in a very specific and tight space. The stand that DisplayMart sold me is doing the job beautifully, and quite honestly, it is a good deal more rugged than I was expecting. I ordered (Large Retractable Banner Stands & Displays) 8 picture frames from DisplayMart. 2 days later my husband purchased the same frames. As I hadn't received shipping confirmation and when I tracked my order, I was told it hadn't been sent., I contacted the seller to cancel. I was then told it had shipped and couldn't be canceled. I was forced to pay for their shipping, the return shipping and a "restocking fee" (because apparently it takes a lot of effort to return (8) 11x14 non-custom picture frames to the shelf). Nothing was wrong with the product, but I won't buy from this company again. I don't like being punished because I needed to return a product.

This is the third time I have ordered (Large Retractable Banner Stands & Displays) from DisplayMart. Products have been of good quality and sturdy. I am buying wire pamphlet racks, so the tech and manufacturing is old school if the materials are of good quality the results should be as well. They are that.

My order shipped out earlier than promised and the display arrived unharmed. Despite shipping three days early, it took two days longer to get here than the previous order of the same display. This was not the fault of DisplayMart. FedEx ground really slowed things down, several 12-hour periods sitting in distribution centers and it appears a day and a half traveling around Sacramento.

I was excited that my item was shipped so quickly since I needed it for an event. I was not aware that the podium had to be assembled. But that wasn't the problem. The problem came when I was assembling the item and found that the wood was so cheap that the screws would not stay in place. This was very disappointing. And because of this problem I could not use the item at the event.

Tabletop and floorstanding ballot boxes were packed well and received in good condition. Have not used them yet, but will hope they are efficient and durable. Would be nice to have an option of 'keyless' as keys are many times lost or combinations forgotten, particularly when the boxes are shipped from event to event and not used by the same individual.

Ordering was simple, delivery on time and the product is quality; however it is not meeting my display needs as planned. I had posters enlarged to fit into the plastic holders; only one end of the holder is open so you CAN'T slip in the poster and pull it through to the other end!! The posters are not mounted on any sort of cardboard or foam core board so it is impossible given the 24" x 36" size to place them in the holder! Bond ends should have been open; please include this in the product description that the 1) inserted piece has to be mounted on something for insertion to work and 2) explain that only one end of the holder is open.

I am SO disappointed in my order. I am siting here with 2 out of my 3 shelves I ordered (Large Retractable Banner Stands & Displays) completely broken. the shelves are not connected and with them being a hexagon it's an awkward shape to glue without having clamps. These shelves aren't cut even enough for the wood glue to have time to adhere. I know they were $37 each but really it's like ripping up money!! We are a non profit and I was counting on these shelves making a professional yet fun statement to use for displaying and the statement is these are cheap and broken. :(

I'm a professional installer and I purchased the HVAWM3260-S TV wall mount for a 57" TV. 1)Though it's very well built the weak link would be where the rotating part of the bracket is. Upon mounting the TV to the mount there was noticeable flexing at that part even though the TV is well under the weight limit. 2) The unit only came with one allen wrench and you will need a second smaller wrench to tighten the two hex head bolt's on the rotating plate to keep it level when switching from portrait to landscape. These bolt's need to be slightly loose so the TV rotates but after only two spins the paint was already coming off. 3)The hardware bag did not provide enough washer's as per the instructions.
