The package arrived in good time, and was packaged very well. There was assembly required, but only 2 pieces to put together - very simple. The sign is very sturdy and constructed very well.
The posters are very easy to change in and out with the edges snapping into place.

I still haven't received a proof. I fought with customer service for the required file of my logo. All I need is our color logo on the top of a white cloth. You don't respond back in the same email so there's no way to go through and read the chain. I'm nervous I won't have the product in time for the next show.

Over all very, very difficult to work with. Once I receive this product I will not be purchasing anything else from your company.

DisplayMart is a very professional and courteous company. I had purchased an acrylic ballot box and the items were damaged multiple times when I received them. They sent replacements for these boxes. It took a third time to get it before it was not damaged but they were very courteous about this.

I love this product, it fits my needs perfectly and it's super-easy to assemble. However I didn't get a reply to my question that I sent via e-mail but the online service center was very helpful. If I have to name one thing that I could change then it would be nice to see the shipping cost go down when ordering more than 3 or more of the same product. I was told it would not. But the product is excellent and the online service was great :)

The live chat feature sounds like a great idea. In reality I didn't have time to type my question before the rep on the other end closed our session. That's happened a couple of times to me on your site, and though I understand they have places to go and people to see, it doesn't feel right on my end. So, I called. And the person on the other end of the line was ultimately helpful, but I felt I was unnecessarily taking up her time. Your folks seem like they're in a giant hurry. Maybe that's just the nature of business, but if I had a choice, I'd prefer doing business with a company that had time for me.

Once put together, they look great and will serve their intended purpose very well. But screwing them together was a real challenge. There are only 4 screws to put in, but it took me over 3 hours to assemble 8 easels. Not acceptable.

I ordered (Best Retractable Banner Stands & Displays) 4 black picture frames with white matting. The only thing that concerned me was the lack of glass in the frames. There is a hard, clear plastic for covering the pictures. I just assumed glass would be present. But it doesn't hurt the effect.

I would give a rating of 5 stars, however, when I e-mailed Francesca to get tracking information, I found out that my order would not be shipped until one month later. I am the director of a local community theater. We simply cannot wait that long to receive our shipment, especially when the order was placed 1 month and a half before our performances. I purchased a large display case for my home and upon delivery the courier that was selected by DisplayMart did not schedule an appointment prior to delivery and they also only sent one guy to unload the case and left it in front of my house. I payed for special service to have it placed inside my residence but the courier told me that they are not insured for that type of delivery. So I had to take it upon myself to hire two movers to get the case in my home. After placing it I noticed that the top of the unit was damaged in transit by the straps that were wrapped around it as well as the power cable being almost severed. I'm waiting for DisplayMart to decide if they are sending out a new case.

The display stand that I ordered (Best Retractable Banner Stands & Displays) had some issues during assembly. The holes on one of the items needed to be re-drilled further apart because the screws wouldn't line up with where it was drilled by the manufacturer. Then the legs on two of the stands bow inward instead of standing up straight at the expected 90-degree angle. I'd say the design could be improved.
