The stand is great. It is solid and doesn't rock at all after the TV was mounted.
My only problem was the assembly instructions. They labeled all the components on paper, alphabetically, but neglected to label the hardware. It took at least an hour longer than necessary, to assemble, due to trying to figure out what screws to use in which location.
Other than that, I love it.

The shaft of the display unit does not sit in the base and is lopsided. I have to be mindful of picking it up to move it b/c it will come apart. The directions for putting it together seem simple, but it doesn't sit well. It is unstable. I would not buy a product from this company ever again!

The IPAD podium I purchased looked great and was in great condition. The only problem was the black cover that was glued to the metal frame was put on upside down. I had to remove the cover, drill another hole in it, and then put it on the correct way.

The worst part was, directly after purchasing the product from DisplayMart my credit card # was used to make fraudulent purchases. This was the only thing I purchased with my CC that month so it was easy to tie back to this company. I personally will not use DisplayMart again.

This wheel is exactly what we were looking for! It is very sturdy and well made. It came preassembled so all we had to do was take it out of the box and it's ready to go. Ordering was easy and the shipment delivered on time. There were two problems. First, there was no hole from the top of the post to feed the cords from the monitor down to the shelf or floor for electrical connection.

Then, the shelf does not sit straight on the post at certain heights. How can this be called adjustable height when it doesn't sit properly on the straight part of the stand post?

I ordere product late in the day on a Wednesday and received it a couple of day latter. Was well packaged to present damage during transit. Product it self is well constructed and matched my expectations upon receipt. The only recommendation I would have is mounting magnetic strips won't work on wooden wall where we are mounting. We will be purchasing "corner frame edge" hooks to hold in place on the wall.

This was my first experience ordering from DisplayMart. So far, the experience has been positive. I worked with a Customer Service representative named Robert Wohl who was both prompt in responding and helpful. The only negative aspect of my buying experience is the excessive printing of your warnings about DisplayMart not being held responsible for artwork that doesn't meet your requirement. I understand your need to post this information, but I have never see disclaimers splashed across a website quite so numerously or forcefully.

When I sent an inquiry to Customer Service they replied quickly and dispatched the replacement part without a second thought or question.

Fedex has held my package for 5 days (due to inclement weather) Only problem is every other shipper UPS, USPS has delivered days ago. I know this is not your issue at DisplayMart. But please consider another shipper besides FedEx

We didn't expect the showcase to come as a kit. Which wouldn't have been as bad if the "directions" had any directions at all. They were just a list of parts with basic pictures. There were no directions at all that said assemble this part to this part with this hardware. We had to figure it all out on our own. The finished case came out fine.

One of the metal parts was completely broken off of the basket and the other was bent on another basket. It was not the best quality I've seen. I contacted displays to go and they immediately offered an exchange or a slight refund. I accepted their refund of 15 or 20 dollars. I can't remember the amount as of now. I'm glad they at least have decent customer service. My fiancé was able to repair the defective parts otherwise I would have returned it for an exchange.
