The first unit was shipped back due to one of the shelves was broken. A second unit was immediately shipped out. I would recommend that the company install cardboard supports between the glass shelves to take the weight off of the corner brackets. On receipt of the second unit, one of the shelve ends were loose but the glass did not break. Company was very responsive and easy to deal with. Would highly recommend them.

The other one from the initial order had bent holders as well as the replacement. The quality of the chrome stand was 5 star but the quality control for assembly was not up to speed. One of the posts that screws into the base via lug bolt was problematic. The hole had burrs and was slightly stripped at the opening - it would not accept the bolt. The sign had to be in place with signage the day after i received it so I did not have time to return it. I had to have a machinist correct the problem. You should have your staff check all orders before they are shipped so that everything works/can be assembled as expected. I am very happy to say that my issue has been resolved to an extent I would never have expected from DisplayMart. They went to extremes to make sure I was happy with my purchase including several personal emails and refunds. They now have one loyal customer!!!!

I received two displays. One was damaged. I called customer service and after holding a long time and getting first in the queue, I was disconnected. Tried to online chat and it was not available. Called customer service again and talked to a nice man who said no one was available to call back the next day. So, I just decided to deal with the damage and glue the broken pieces back together.

First time getting anything from DisplayMart.
It was the perfect product for me. It was fairly easy to put together. The only critique I have is the directions could have a few more textual details. One pet peeve is directions that need a few more details to help someone through it.
And lastly, I am still a little concerned of the tube style brackets that hold the tv in place. And there is no safety catch to prevent those brackets from falling if they happen to fail to hold the tv.
Other than that the display seems solid. It works perfectly for my house.

The stand works well with the iPad, if I had no cover on it. None of these stands allow for enough adjustment to grab the iPad with it in a case. It will only hold the iPad with it at an angle.
