The tripod is very sturdy even with my iPad attached. I like the swivel attachment so you can turn the iPad sideways or have it vertical. In addition it comes with a handy little case for travel. I'm currently using my tripod to assist me in my golf lessons, but i think it would also be ideal for still photos. All in all great sturdy durable tripod for the money.

I got 760 pounds of display cases a day early and I had no one scheduled for them that day. The freight company only left me with 15 min notice that they were coming early. The Display cases them selves arrive flawless. I will use DisplayMart when my business grows. My order was a little over 2k and handled smoothly.

Loved the quality of flag case and base but the cherry base was sooooo unmatched to cherry case. Had to buy some paint to get it to match. But the oak flag case and base matched perfectly, unfortunately I purchased 2 cherry and one oak. But overall, we love the flag cases and bases.

I like the corner attachments. You Can grab 2 studs at any spacing. Seems very solid. I would have given 5 stars except for two issues.
1. The mounting hardware didn't have a bolt or spacer combination that would accommodate the hole depth on my Samung 65" curve. I had to make a trip to hardware store to get the correct length bolts.
2. One of the drilled and tapped holes on the mounting bracket was stripped. I had to find a larger screw for that hole.

product came quickly, easy to set up. The only drawback was that the chalk marker ink is difficult to remove from the board. Use a heavy chalk eraser to remove not the thin cloth that comes with product.

The shipment was sent and received as promised. Unfortunately the item that I purchased was out-of-stock originally when I found it. IT was an item we needed for some upcoming trade shows and events we were participating in. There is a vague description that states the item would be available in 60-90 days. When I called to see if there was a way to be notified once available or to get a more updated timeline of when the item would be available all I received was a vague 60-90 days again. A suggestion is to have more updated information on when an item would be available again so a customer knows when they can purchase it.

Cartons shipped should have been numbered (ex: 1 of 4, etc.) so that I could know that there were more cartons coming, and from one shipper (ex: either UPS or Fedex, and not both). I received the first shipment via UPS (legs for gridwall only) on a Friday, and the rest came via Fedex on Monday.

I simply got tired of having to pay the high rental cost for literature display racks at shows and thought there has to be a better design that is simple to use, won’t take up a lot of room in my display case plus has minimal weight. The black mesh literature holder is just the ticket!

In September, my wife placed an order. One of the items was a rolling stand-up display. She paid for it online. We received a receipt on her email showing the amount we paid. When we received the order, the stand-up display was missing parts and had a manufacturer defect where holes were drilled in the wrong positions and so it could not be put together. I contacted the company and they sent me the correct piece, but in the second week of December I was sent a letter saying we were past due on the items we paid for back in September. I contacted customer service and they said we still owed for the display. I told them that we had paid for it back in September and they said we hadn't been charged for the display and that it was a computer malfunction. My wife received an email telling us about the situation and I called three days later to pay the amount because we ALWAYS pay our bills on time. The customer service representative took my credit card number and charged me again for the amount they claimed we owed. He got back on the phone and informed me that someone had already charged our card WITHOUT our permission so he had to cancel the second charge. Three months is quite a bit of time to wait to tell someone that they owe you money for something they already paid for online. It is very inconvenient to receive a surprise bill just two weeks before Christmas. In closing, we will no longer do business with this company and as a small business, we will spread the word to others to avoid purchasing here. If I could have done less than one star, I most certainly would have.

Ordered product for a special event. Fed-Ex delivery driver left the packages out in the elements when the house and garage were open to accept deliveries. One package was destroyed due to unknown source and contents were scattered around the yard damaged. Contacted customer service who immediately responded and sent replacements 2 day air! They even followed up to verify that the other box of product in the first delivery was not damaged.

Actually the display was of a quality much better than I thought it would be. Instructions should be clearer though. It took me a few minutes to understand that each of the four sides of the frame snaps open from the inside to the front. A simple picture showing the frame open would suffice to explain how it operates. I have included a picture in this review showing top frame flipped up. That being said it is built very well. Four steel springs allow it to bend a bit in a gust. Mine is heavy enough without water to work on my sidewalk outside my store.

One of the parts had an issue and I called customer service during regular business hours. The part was replace and had it in hand the next day. Customer service dept was excellent, very courteous and helpful. I am really enjoying my TV stand and after the faulty part was replaced I am glad I ordered (Custom Out Door Roll Up Display Stand) it. Yes, I may order from DisplayMart again and recommend it to others but you have to do something about instructions.

bubble wrap. They could have sent and safely packaged a dozen picture frames in that box with the same amount of protective bubble wrap. Not very economical or ecological.
