I am very happy with Luxury Roll Up Standee from DisplayMart. This is exactly what I wanted for my marketing event. It arrived just on time and the packaging was excellent.

You need to pack your displays better. Just throwing a wire display in a box without labeling it fragile is sure to have the box mishandled during shipping. Which will lead to more damaging of your product in shipment.
Or, you can choose to pack your displays better. There was nothing in there to cushion it during shipping. No sealed air or reinforced corners.
The display that I received was damaged. I had to use pliers to fix the parts that got bent and damaged during shipping.

When not damaged, the product is as described and is very useful. It's a good product for the price. I just wish that it would arrive undamaged.
Another positive is that the shipping was very fast.

not really sure why your asking me to review. I have not received my product yet. I put in an order that will not be here for 3 months. I had waited a while for the product to come back in stock to purchase. Now I still have to wait another 3 months to receive the product. not great communication. Purchased the TENNVT2SV 10-Tiered Magazine Floor Stand, 20 Pockets Fit 8.5 x 11 Catalogs, Portable - Silver and we were somewhat disappointed that the way of putting together and taking apart was not as easy as it showed on their website.
Also, the carrying case is not as sturdy as it should be for this type of product. The zipper malfunctioned as soon as we tried to put the unassembled stand in it.

I originally gave a 4 star review as I thought the product served its purpose very well but came with a pretty significant bend. However, in a matter of days from my original post I received a call from the company that they sent out a replacement rack with more secure packaging. The new product arrived that week in perfect condition and at no charge. This kind of customer service is hard to come by these days!!

Great frames but the polyurethane in the frames is not that great. Flimsy and I don't like the non-reflective material. Threw those out and bought plexiglass to put in the frames.

I called and spoke to one of the customer care specialists, and she was extremely helpful in getting my order straightened out (crediting me for incorrect order, quick shipping of replacement order). The salesman help before the purchase of the product was awesome! Jack helped me choose the items according to my needs. After the payment was made I felt that the team wasn't so helpful... The artwork check wasn't done the same day (and I requested it since our graphic designer was going on vacation the next day). After the order I attempted to check the shipping address and the salesman didn't seem very helpful, and after 5 emails I was able to find out the shipping address was our old office so I asked it to be changed - he confirmed the change was done. But apparently it wasn't changed for all boxes (one arrived at the old address) - and that was a big inconvenience for me. Also, one piece of layout came with the wrong size, and I didn't get the instruction sheet for the TV display. I contacted the salesman and he solved the problem quickly sending the correct size and the sheet. Overall it was an okay experience, but I didn't expect having so many errors along the process.

My package was delivered and item was bent on the corners and damaged. As a new store opening in the next week, I don't have time to send this back. So now I have a damaged display that I am forced to use. It's scratched and bent and doesn't look very good. Could have been packaged better.

I said no ma"am I am looking at my order slip, and she said so am I. I had to email them my order slip that showed three items, I told them I was billed for three items and they then told me they are not sure what happened, but we will ship the other item.

The desk came without instructions for assembly and the pdf download showed a different desk mount than what we received, even though the model number on the desk and the pdf matched up. My very mechanically minded husband was anle to improvise, thankfully, but had to remove the end caps for the mounting tubes and use several tools to get the screws inserted into the tube and screw slots and then, finally, was able to attach the desk top to the mounts. Then we came to the adjustable pool with the wonky holes - they were not aligned in a straight line at all but wobbled around the pole. This presents a challenge when raising and lowering the desk top - it's a two person job!
I do like the look and sturdiness of the desk as it can be used with a large lap top computer or heavy notebook of sheet music. The wheels make it easy to move and lock firmly.
I gave it a three to be generous because the set up and ability to adjust heights are terrible but once assembled, it works well.

The legs/support of the easle spreads to far apart and even though tightened on each side tends to move even further apart with any pressure while writing on the board. Had it not been so bulky an item I would have sent it back. I also thought I would have been able to contract it and travel with it in my car. Too much of a hassel to do that.
