I loved the product and the concept of raising our tv off the entertainment center without having to mount it to the wall. We completed putting it together yesterday and it works/looks great. My only negative comment is that the instruction sheet on how to put it together is not very clear at all. It's basically all pictures, but the parts are listed using #'s and I found multiple different screws were labeled with the same #. We did get it figured out without having to take it apart, but it took longer than I expected.

Placed an order at 7pm west coast time. Decided at 715pm I ordered (Banner Standee) too much, so I sent an email to customer service asking for my order to be changed. Their website stated they did not open up until 8am next day. So... I received an email at 3am west coast time (this company is east coast, so 6am....even tho they don't open until 8???) stating that they could not change the order since it had already shipped. So, they are telling me that by 6am their shipper (FedEx/UPS) has already picked up???

Now I will be returning, and will have to pay a restock fee....Somehow, I smell BS....and poor customer service. Will not be using them again.

I ordered (Banner Standee) the "23-3/4" Table Top Podium with Open Shelf Storage Area, Laminated MDF - Medium Oak" and the photo on the website shows a much lighter oak than what was actually received.

I recommend uploading a more accurate photo.

Ordered two items. Two boxes were shipped however the first item was split up and put in the two boxes. I didn't receive my second order. Had to call. Didn't get any explanation other than they were also confuse how that happened and didn't know why my other order wasn't shipped. Second order was to be shipped standard shipping and wait time 7-10 days according to the person I spoke to. No apology or concern received from person on phone. No special processing to get me my product in a timely fashion.

The true test is how companies act when there is a problem. We ordered (Banner Standee) 2 glass display cases and one arrived with the interior glass shattered. It was a trucking mishap, not a product failure. DisplayMart normal procedure was to pack it up, return it for their inspection for possible refund. Instead we took a picture and emailed it. Within 30 minutes we received a phone call instructing us to trash it and a new one would be sent the next day; which is exactly what happened. Phenomenal customer service!!

Price was great for the chalkboard display I ordered (Banner Standee) and they look beautiful but one of them was not put together properly. The frame was not nailed to the back board properly causing a gap between the two and also scratched the frame due to the exposed nail.

Good product but had three issues. 1) - one of the locking brackets broke when I attempted to tighten, 2) - the metal frame was designed to have to brackets at the bottom to insert into the wooden stand but one of the brackets was missing, and 3) - the black outing coating had scuff marks on it from the factory.

I ordered (Banner Standee) 2 iPad mini stands and they are the worst design imaginable, whoever designed it obviously never actually tested it with an iPad inside. The metal case completely covers the home button making the iPad impossible to use while inside the case and the slots for the volume buttons are so small I don't think air can even get through let alone a finger. Terrible product don't but if you actually want to be able to use your iPad.if you are looking for an expensive paperweight then it will work perfectly for you.

I am disabled . Had a hard time Watching t.v. in any way. I know what I needed. A ceiling mount for my t.v. I found a few, which is didn't like.. yours was soooo much of a better design, and at half the price.. so simple of a design and so simple to install. Can have it in watching position . Or move out of the way so it sits flat on ceiling with , with just 1 finger!! Thank you for making my life that more comfortable. Which means alot!

I ordered (Banner Standee) four frames and when they arrived, all four were shattered. The packaging was a joke - one thin layer of bubble wrap between the four frames and the box. The frames weren't even individually wrapped. How any of their frames arrive in tact with that kind of packaging would be a miracle. When I called, they did offer a replacement or refund, and since 1) this was for a gift and a replacement wouldn't have arrived on time, and b) I didn't trust that the replacement would arrive in tact, I opted for the refund. The customer service rep was nice and helpful, but it shouldn't have been necessary if they had taken the slightest care to package the shipment correctly.

The instructions were a little unclear and the and magazine poles don't secure together well (if i try to move it, I can't pick it up by the racks or the middle pole comes out of its connector). I plan on securing the poles together with some self-driving screws, but I thought it would have been a little more sturdy and didn't realize additional work would be required.
Delivery was timely though, and it does look nice.

Your website says the wall bracket W1AM1032M3 accommodates TV sized 10" - 42". The installation guide received with the bracket reads,"TV size range: 10" - 32". Which one is correct? My TV is 40" and weighs about 20 lb. Is it safe to use?

Delivery was made on the date that was estimated. The driver put the cabinet in my garage and tore off the plastic bag it was in so as to check it out. We found that the two metal braces on the back had been bent. It appeared that the cabinet, sitting on the floor, fell backword against a big box or wall and bent the braces in about the same places. One worse than the other. I accepted the piece based on it didn't seem to be affecting the front in any way. The driver made note to the same on the bill a lading an took pictures for the record based on if any further damage is found in removal of the packaging. If more damage is found when I un-package the cabinet I will request a replacement. Jack Meade

We got the 4-Pocket Portable Literature Floor Stand with Case, 1-Sided, Open Shelves - Black and the packing was full of broken styrofoam pieces...it was everywhere. One of the front feet were completely broken off, (we just welded it back on rather than dealing with the hassle of trying to return it and wait for a replacement) and the other one was bent. Display works for our purposes.
