I ordered (Retractable Banner Standee) 12 bistro style tables and they came in all rusty and the boxes were messy. The bags that held the materials were all ripped and the pieces were scattered.

I also ordered (Retractable Banner Standee) 12 tables clothes to go with the tables. These spandex table clothes were for tables with 4 legs, meanwhile the tables I received had 5 legs.

These displays will be used by a high school club called Making Cents. The students put the displays in local businesses and collect the change every month then donate the funds towards water purification systems in small villages in Africa. The students involved learn about the importance of reaching out to those in need as well as organizational skills running the club on campus. If I could give negative stars, I would! Item clearly stated 48.5” tall in the item selection and on specification page, yet 30” stakes were shipped. (Photos of both are available). When the wrong stakes arrived, I promptly called customer service who ASSURED me that 48.5” stakes would arrive before my client’s event. I called AGAIN when the email confirmation of the reorder actually stated 30” stakes and I was again ASSURED that they had made the necessary notations for the warehouse to have the 48.5” stakes sent to me, as ordered (Retractable Banner Standee) and in time for the event.

Two days before the event, they emailed WITHOUT even an apology. Simply stating that the product was 30” in height and that they were sending Fed Ex to pick up the first set. So I went back to the website and it STILL showed 48.5 in both areas.

Following my review on the product and a reply email that noted my dissatisfaction, they have since amended the page to reflect the 30” height and the customer service rep apologized ”for my inconvenience”. Display is now ruined, but oh well...

So I was left scrambling with less than two days to find the proper stakes after trusting a company with deceitful bait & switch business practices. Buyers beware.

Ironically, I just received a request for a much more expensive display and while a week ago, they’d have been my go to vendor, I will now buy it from anyone but DisplayMart!

The stand is extremely sturdy and very easy to put together and does its function very well.
The only drawback is if you want to raise or lower the height with a monitor attached. DON'T. It will be too heavy, and lining up the holes for the screws is extremely difficult.

The parts do not even line up properly. Luckily we had it repaired in time to use it, and reinforced it with brackets so it should stay together now. I got a 17 X 23 rolling table with sliding shelves, and it's perfect for what I need it for -- built like a tank, casters pretty smooth, good looking, well designed. The only minus points are for the one caster that took about 15 minutes to pound into the bottom of the leg. The others only took a minute or two, but the last one I was afraid I was going to destroy because it took so many heavy blows to smash it into place. Something definitely not right about that.

I ordered (Retractable Banner Standee) a poster frame and it arrived cracked. When I reached out to customer service, they immediately sent out a new one and told me I could dispose of the cracked frame as I wished. What I was most impressed by was the care put into the new frame to ensure that it would arrive in perfect condition. It was packaged carefully and thoroughly and there were additional support measures taken on the frame itself to ensure it's in tact delivery.
Overall the quality of the frame is commensurate with the price. It uses plexi glass and some sort of plastic for the framing which keeps it nice and light for easy hanging. The frame is very delicate, so caution should be used when moving it, as the fasteners keeping the photo attached to the frame are quite flimsy and don't really fasten anything. They just gingerly keep everything in place.

The template provided on the website includes faint lines around the screw holes and border indicating where the punch out will be on the actual paper. The lines don't match up exactly, and leave a printed grey line on the inserts for the display.

I placed the first order on August-10th for 4 display boxes for shipping to Toronto, Canada, However, I have only received 1 pack of 2 boxes on Aug-21st. The other 2 boxes are still being traced by DisplayMart's forwarder/customer service. I have been advised to wait for the answers, but could not be told when I will be getting the missing shipment.

The only thing I like about is the responsive manner of the staff at customer service department.

Purchase online was smooth, item arrived on schedule and the packaging to prevent possible transit damage was spectacular!
