Received a monitor stand that does not fit my LCD monitor. I made the error of going by the general description for monitor size/weight rather than drilling down into the VESA specs. In any case, the restocking fee is very high -- even for an exchange -- and not at all assured as I had already assembled the stand before discovering the problem. Read the specs very carefully or you may be stuck with a costly mistake.

We have ordered (Regular Roll Up Standee (premium)) pedestal sign holders in the past and were satisfied with the products that we received from your company. This last order of two pedestal stands had several issues. First, the screws were substandard and stripped easily. We added washers so the stands would be stable. The depth for the sign was excessive - we added layers of cardboard so the sign could be read. The frame with it's interlocking tabs and outside screw was much more complicated than your previous version with its folding frame. Please go back to the previous version of this product. The issue with the screws affected both versions, however. outdoor retractable banner suppliers

I got the 20x30 sidewalk display. It was easy to put together. I put in the water in the base but it still tipped over in the Kansas wind. I think if it had a larger base it would be better on windy days.

When I received my package the boxes were wet and damaged. When I open it the screws were missing to hang my magazine racks and they were not in the box. After emailing customer service, the representative Sharon promptly informed me they won't be available until mid-October (ugh). I requested she let me know when they are free again. She stated there was no automatic process for this and would check manually herself from time-to-time and try to keep me updated. I didn't expect much and continued to check on my own. 5 x 7 cards with envelopes and in plastic sleeves fit perfectly and I can put plenty in each slot. The center bar is hard to insert securely into the base but once it's in, it works just fine.

I have previous bough welded TV carts that were heavy duty and well made for our school programs. Now they sold and shipped us knockdown units that were all scratched and dented and are taking days to assemble. The worst part is they cost the same and the shipping was more than the previous welded units that were delivered by truck, unlike the knockdown units delivered by fedex in extremely heavy packages that almost all came apart in shipping from being drug around because they were to heavy to carry. Never again, I might shipp all these units back to you and backcharge your company via my credit card company.

I bought this TV stand because it had wheels on it so that it could be moved easily which is what I wanted. It is in a bedroom without a lot of room and this stand can accommodate both the 44" screen and cable box plus some bedroom items without being in the way. We had ordered (Regular Roll Up Standee (premium)) one of your display easel for a presentation board. When we received the first one, there was a chip on the frame, the stop chain was missing, and the hardware was all rusted. Customer service gladly sent us a replacement free off charge. However, when we received the replacement, again the bolts were rusted, not as bad as the first but still not acceptable. When we tried putting the new easel together, the one screw would not turn into the hole all the way making it impossible to tighten the shelf the display board was suppose to sit on. We think the hole was not threaded all the way through. We needed up using our own hardware to attach the shelf.
