I ordered (Steppy Retractable Banner Stand) a frame with a non-glare film. When the product arrived, I realized the film was opaque and not clear. When I contacted customer service to see if there was anything they could do about it, they told me basically no. 1) The product was not described accurately on the website. 2) Customer Service did not seem real interested in helping me or providing an alternate solution. Would not buy from them ever again.

I ordered (Steppy Retractable Banner Stand) a dozen name plates. All arrived in great condition. HOWEVER, ONE WAS MISSING THE SCREWS which I now have to order.

Also, each one (measuring 8"L X 2" high) was INDIVIDUALLY packed in a large box so I rec'd a dozen huge boxes. My only constructive criticism would be that all could have been shipped in one box, 2 at most.

Our company ordered (Steppy Retractable Banner Stand) two types of stand to hold signs at our tradeshows. One was all metal and we were decently pleased with that. The other was a really cheap plastic frame (cheap as in...walmart has higher quality frames than these) with an adjustable metal base. The base was sufficient, but the frames, not so much. I don't know if they will even make it through one show. Not pleased.

The domain of this company used .ca - my assumption was it was in Canada. Then I pay $30 for shipping to find out that the company is NOT in Canada and that the item is being BULK shipped to the Border and then will be delived. For $30 shipping it should be a direct ship not bulk. 10 days later and the order still hasn't hit the border. Very disappointed. Had I known I would have ordered (Steppy Retractable Banner Stand) elsewhere within Canada to get in a timely manner.

The replies to my emails however were timely and respectful.

They sent it on a freight company that would not delivery to our site (R&L). We receive deliveries and make shipments all the time with at least a half dozen other freight companies. To compound the problem they wanted me to pay for an un-deliverable charge. After a telephone call that was dropped.

My husband put them together rather quickly. There was only one problem. On one of the racks, two holders were bent. He was able to fix those. The box was not damaged in any way, so it had to have happened prior to shipping.

The desk itself is nice, but the assembly was very difficult and the instructions that came with it were not the best. They need to be more clear and descriptions needed to better follow the pictures. Also, a few of my pieces were missing the letter labels that identified the parts so that was not helpful.
