I like the store and products. However, all 3 items I have ordered (Advertising Banner Printing) showed up with small cracks in the corners (3 separate orders). Packaging looked good, so cracks must have occurred going into the box. Not enough to deal with hassle of sending back, but disappointing with respect to the price paid.

These stanchions are better then I would have dreamed. They are beautiful and have the look of exactly what we wanted. We do an Oscar Party every year here on Catalina Island. We use the Casino ballroom and it always a hit with everyone. They will line our red carpet right to the door into the ballroom. The rope is a gorgeous red velvet. Everybody who has seem them wants to rent them from us.That is ok we are a Foundation supporting our hospital and this just another event to do it.

My display case was supposed to be delivered the 6th of December, it's now the 11th, still not here. I called customer service when I tracked the delivery from an email, saw it was in Denver (delivery city), called the office. I was told by the rep on the 8th that he would call the delivery service to find out the hold up then he would call me right back. Today is Monday, he hasn't even attempted to call back, so I will spend my morning trying to track it.

I bought a full-motion mount for a large flat-screen television. The photos on the DisplayMart website were perfectly accurate so were the specifications. Ordering was a breeze and delivery was reasonably priced and quite quick.

Power cord insulation was rubbed off in one place. Door track showed some damage from shipping where the vibration in transit from the rolling door wore a low spot. Mostly ok after some electrical tape and a Sharpie pen to cover the damaged areas. Very nice display case. Looks good. Lots of nice comments from customers.

Design is nice, when I ordered (Advertising Banner Printing) them I did not consider the fact that they do not lock. They look great and take on a minimalist appearance in the office. Currently using three of them for observation card collection, seem to be holding up just fine.

Tried the high top tables. Nice looking, great quality, but they were really really tall -- my mother in-law couldn't see over them. So I had to return them.

Almost all of the items returned were unopened, so in exact condition I received them (opened 1 out of 4 tables, 1 out of 5 tablecloths). Still had to pay restocking fees on all of the order (and return shipping). Cost me $150 just to look at them. In today's web purchase world, this is unheard of. Need to bring return policies up to the 21st century.

I just received my panoramic frame. The frame came very well packaged, no shipping issues. The frame is really nice. The clips on the back of the frame are sturdy; they put tension on the backing to hold in your picture. The wire for hanging has a soft plastic covering and the location of the wire is adjustable with a screwdriver. I decided to purchase this frame because of another person's review about framing their panoramic puzzle. I will definitely be ordering another frame from DisplayMart when I complete my next puzzle.

I originally bought 3 new units and what I received are either floor models or things people have returned and the warehouse guys just took a handful of parts and threw them in the box that the returned items arrived in from before. 2 of the 3 boxes had no bag for the screws- they were just laying in the bottom of the “case” which had holes all in the side. One of the boxes containing a stand is missing a caster, and my guess is that it fell out of the side while in transport cause the cardboard/ plywood “case" has massive holes in it. I had to go purchase the hardware to put these things together. Every piece of metal is scratched badly to the point where I'm going to have to paint them to use them in a corporate environment.

I spoke with someone from their team and they were very nice and apologetic about the condition the times arrived in and offered me an average discount and overnighted me the missing caster. I received the caster in the mail the next day and of course there was no hardware with it so back to the hardware store I go once again to make this equipment work.

I’m still very displeased with the condition everything arrived in. I, the customer, am having to do a lot of work to make these things look decent or new, which is how they should have arrived. I should have learned my lesson ordering from them the first time but now I definitely have... DisplayMart has no problem sending out used gear and charging you full price for it unless you notice... not worth your time.

I was happy with the product i ordered (Advertising Banner Printing) (table topper and skirt) yet the clips for the product did not meet my needs. These were the only kind offered from this company so now i have to look elsewhere to find the correct clips. Also, because of the 20% restocking fee and my responsibility to pay for return shipping in the original box, it is not worth the cost to return the clips. So I have lost the money and do not intend to order from this company again.

In 2 boxes, the end of the sign stands where sticking out of the box and were scratched.
