These are pretty good frames for the money. I ordered (Two Way Display Stand) two and had no problems with them. They display well. The light deflecting pvc sheet does lighten the poster image slightly, but not as bad as what some reviewers have stated. I will be ordering more of these. It's time I get my posters on display.

I received the product in good time , but not in as good of condition as the packaging appeared to show. The outside clear plastic window had glue stuck to it and had scratches in places that could not be polished out. Since I do framing at my shop, I found one of my cleaners that had just the right amount of the right "stuff" to remove the glue without further scratching the plastic face of the menu board.
The "25 magnets" that were included were scattered about the inside of the Menu case. I use the word "magnets" loosely, as they were barely able to hold themselves to the board and several had come out of their poorly designed plastic housing. I also found that after installing the Menu board at one of my customer's inside location (one of six I hoped to purchase and install), the "magnets" were of such low power that they would sometimes slide off of the very thin sheets of paper she wanted to display. When we finally got everything in place and closed the cover, the static electricity that was present pulled all 5 of the sheets from the magnets and was attempting to stick to the inside face of the display. I solved this by going to a local hobby shop and purchasing "real button magnets" that had power enough to overcome the electrical charge that was created when carefully wiping the outside face with a soft cloth as a final test.

Ordering was easy, finding what we were looking for was easy. Delivery was quick.. for half the order. The other half got hung up in customs and came a week later, but customer service was great and they tracked it down for us. The display is very cool. We may change out some of the brass screws as they are a bit hard to get in tight enough with just your fingers, and then get them loose again once they are tight. If they weren't flat on the top & had a place to use a screw driver it would be perfect.

This stand is perfect for my needs. The only snag is that it is/was very difficult to get the pole tightly into the base. I have had to do this a couple times (once loaded with cards) - needs to be easier to do and more permanent.

The instructions for the lights are mediocre and they should spend more time with greater detail showing how to install it.
Also, let the panels lay flat for an hour or so before installing as they tend to be warped from being wrapped up.

In advance I have read some very negative reviews. Acc. this I was really afraid, to order at DisplayMart. But the product on the webside was exact that, what I was looking for. And the price was o.k. What I don't understand are the very high delivery costs and the inconterms. The driver is only allowed to deliver in front from the office!?
But one day after order I got the display, and the driver helped me to carry the package into my office (unespected).
In general I´m very satisfied and can recommend DisplayMart.

This heater is so small if I tryed I could hold it in one hand When I ordered (Two Way Display Stand) it I pictured a original Amish fireplace but it's not looks like a small heater for maybe a child's play house I don't see how it could possiable heat a room in a home

I ordered (Two Way Display Stand) two literature racks and they were shipped quickly. One, however, was damaged during transit. The boxes and thin bubble wrap they are shipped in are hardly good enough to protect them.

Update: Was contacted via email by company to replace item free of charge. Will update when second item is received.

I had need to contact customer service as I foolishly approved the proof before looking at it closely - when I called the number I got an employee who was courteous and very invested in helping me get assistance. Service and printing are done in India - but my order was completed and shipped on time despite my need to make a change to the final proof.

We use the magnetic chalkboard side for homeschooling. The white board keeps the 2 year old happy. The boards are just the right size being longer in length than our previous board (which is over 50 years old!). I can sit down next to it while writing on it and it is at just the right level for my grandson. He loves it, too! Your advertising with an adult standing next to it while a child used it helped me to see that it would work for schooling. It wouldn't be too low for me or too small. The easel is not at all wobbly but very sturdy and well built. I highly recommend this easel to parents and grandparents, like me! Thank you!!

Ordering was easy, there were plenty of options to choose from, and most of all, I appreciated the prices. Products arrived quickly & in excellent condition. Only thing I could conceivably complain about was that the parts that came with the boards seemed incomplete (we found our own way to hang the boards) and there were no directions, although we are "handy" and can generally figure that out for ourselves, which we did. Others who are not "handy" might experience frustration. I love the boards and am proudly using them as Menu Boards at my JH/HS Concession Stand! Thank you, DisplayMart!!

I googled this company to order a purse display for my birthday. I received the item with a missing part. One of the poles was missing from the order. I called the company hoping to resolve the issue . I was advised the company would reship a complete new order. Yesterday I received two sets of screws only! I am highly disappointed!!! I called the company today and was told by Debbie they were supposed to ship another display organizer. I advised her of what I received (2 sets of screws). She informed me they no longer have the item in stock.
Can you imagine the frustration &. Disappointment? What a horrible experience.
I am now waiting for my account to be credited a full refund.
I must state the c/s was excellent.

The only thing I recommend is that DisplayMart add info about approximate shipping times for each of its shipping options--and add this info to their website as well as to the order confirmation email. (If it's already on the website, I couldn't find it. And I did look for it.) Just want to clarify: The lack of this info did not actually pose any problems for me; it just would have been nice to have. I will definitely order from this company again.

Quick delivery however, the rack we bought does not fit together properly and the pieces were rusty and dirty when we took it out of packaging. It is a very simple rack to put together- not really a way to put it together wrong, however the pieces don't actually fit together. When you snap one shelf in, the other shelf pops out.

I purchased four wood painting easels from DisplayMart.com. I am satisfied with this product. They were packed well, included all the hardware (including the screwdriver!), and were fairly easy to assemble. You will have to interpret drawings of the assembly; no written instructions. They should work well for my project and I will probably buy additional easels in the future.
