I have ordered (Promotional Canopies) banners from this company 3 times. As soon as i received the banners i have had to call 2 out of the 3 times due to the banners showing up damaged/broken. Both times they have sent new ones however it is very inconvenient to have to call to get a second banner every time they are shipped.

While customer service and prices are good, I ordered (Promotional Canopies) frames in bulk and 60% arrived with the glass broken. They quickly replaced the broken ones, but the 2nd batch also had a large % broken. I ordered (Promotional Canopies) for my wedding and at this point, because I don't have more time to go back and forth for another replacement order, I'm stuck with lots of broken frames and no solution for my intended needs. I'm also to exhausted to try to get a return. I would suggest they do better with their packing/shipping methods.

the quality of these frames are not very good at all. if you factor in the price of the frame and the shipping cost, i would have been better off to go to a department store of a craft store and bought them. VERY POOR QUALITY !!!

My product arrived damaged during shipping, and the customer service person I spoke to was terrific. Instantly got another one shipped to me with no hassles, and when the second one arrived, the company had taken care to pack it even more securely than the first time so it wouldn't happen again. I received very prompt service and shipping from them. They couldn't though, tell me exact shipping arrival times and that was needed since I was shipping the product direct to the trade show I was attending. It arrived 5 days before it was supposed to and didn't have our booth number on it even though I did provide it. I had to search all over to finally find someone that knew where my boxes were at. Once I got them and unpackaged them, I really like the product.

I purchased four prize wheels and cases for them, along with 60 easels. The wheels and easels are great, but the wheel cases were rather flimsy for the price. The delivery was very quick, however when I was placing the order, it appeared that we must have a pallet jack or that type of equipment in order to receive the delivery. This wasn't the case. This would have been fine, had we not purchased a pallet jack just for this purpose.

They have a wide range of products, competitively priced and great service. My only issue is that almost too much packing material is used for even the smallest item. The last items I ordered (Promotional Canopies) was a wall mountable suggestions box. It came in a box, twice its size with a copious amount of bubble wrap. I appreciate the care being taken to ensure my item arrives unscathed but the packing used is almost an over kill.

I think my comment is more for the company: one of the light bulbs sent with the package was dead, had to go buy additional bulbs from a hardware store. Maybe QA products before sending.

grids nice....hard to get apart have to pry and pound(carefully with rod and rubber mallet)...bought dry oil and pounded rods that go in grids to hold them together......it is very important that connecting rods are straight! so i pounded the rods(slightly) so they go into they holes in corresponding grid panels....makes for much easier assembly and dis assembly

DisplayMart process for uploading artwork isn't automated which caused some delay getting things into production. That delay would have made us miss our deadline were it not for their great customer service. A simple phone call to a customer service representative that was empowered to expedite shipping was all it took.

Very quick response to my order and very quick delivery. One small problem that I actually feel was Fedex's issue, two boxes were shipped but were split up sin transit, took an added two days for the second box to arrive. The invoice was a bit confusing in that quantity 1 shipped is indicated....well there were two boxes shipped, how about quantity 2 shipped on the invoice and then I wouldn't have to call their customer service to find out if two boxes were shipped. Other than that very small issue I'd probably given a 5 star rating.
Two calls to customer service and each time I was greeted professionally and warmly.
