After some research, I chose to order some sign display holders from DisplayMart. The pricing was reasonable, and the order experience was easy.

My only recommendation would be for better order tracking prior to shipping. I had to contact online to ask when my order would ship. I would be nice to be able to see an estimated ship date in the order tracker.

Along those lines, the live chat feature was great for checking up.

I ordered (Double Sided Rollup standy) 2 College fames with displayed Diploma, photo and tassel. When I received the first frame, and I ordered (Double Sided Rollup standy) them the same day, but only got one and it was completely destroyed. The frame was cracked and the glass was completely shattered. The frame was covered with very thin bubble wrap and that was it. The frame is gorgeous, depicted the same as the photo, on the website, but whoever is packaging these frames need to secure it with heavy duty bubble wrap so that the customer can receive their frames without it being destroyed. I am in the process of getting help through the customer service. I really hope I am a happy customer after this is all over. Oh and by the way, the other frame is supposed to be delivered in another week.

The kit was could not be used as shipped. There were no instructions in the carton. The mounting holes did not line-up for assembly. Had to use "Krazy-Glue" to manage at all. Very disappointed.

I needed a multiple video monitor stand that would hold large heavy monitors. The prices were very expensive for my specific needs - the monitors don't move around other than need to tilt the top monitor. The stand I found on DisplayMart was so inexpensive, I figured it may be cheap, but at the price it was worth the gamble. It arrived on time and is perfect for my needs and really well constructed! We had placed an order with Display2Go to use at a consumer show for our company. After approving the artwork I was told the item was going to ship about a week before the day we needed (transit time was 1-2 days since we are in NY). After not receiving an shipment confirmation on Tuesday I became concerned and decided to call and check on the order. And lo and behold, I the customer service rep tells me the order was never processed. Our show was only 4 days away! They told me that they did their printing overseas and the item has never been shipped and they would only be able to get me the order in another week (the best they could do). They were not sure what had happened and called it an internal error. Find a place were people actually do their job!

Ordered several display racks, boxes came with various parts mixed in boxes, no indication what was in each box. Contents in some were dirty, as though they had been in a leaking area of a warehouse. Look nice overall once assembled, but not as stable as expected. Shelves slide despite being as tight as possible, rack a bit wobbly. Shipping fast, though.

I bought the nail polish display that holds about 55 bottles, depending on bottle size. I like OPI so it is ideal for me. I set it on my counter but it can easily be hung on the wall. I love it. My clients love it because it is clear so it allows them to see the full polish color in the light as opposed to being on a shelf with dark behind it. I bought a Display rack for paintings that is freestanding. The quality of the rack is fantastic the four piece rack holds approximately 100 Paintings size is 11 x 14 and 12 x 12 mixed it. It is very sturdy, easy to assemble,and easy to travel with. During the purchasing process I had to call customer service to ask a few questions and they were more than helpful. I will be purchasing more of these display racks and would highly recommend the company to anyone looking for racks to display at events.

I purchased this frame for a large photo to be displayed in our offices and to be changed each year. The snapping frame edges are fantastic! They are so easy to use, and I just know that it will be easy to use for years to come. One con to this great frame is that it comes with a type of plastic to cover your display piece. This made our particular photo hard to see, so we haven't used it. It would be nice if, for an additional price, one could purchase glass.

I own a real estate firm. I purchased the acrylic sign holder hanging cable system to hang flyers of our properties in our office window. Wow. It is beautiful. I can't imagine a better looking way of posting our properties in the window. The quality and design is definitely worth the money. The acrylic holders are very clean and shiny. And the hardware and cables are heavy metal with a nickel finish. I also like the way that it is customizable to where we want to use it and the pieces are sold separately. That way I can always move it to another location and buy new parts if I need to.

Had a brief argument over the fact my item was shipped to the wrong location. The representative fixed the address and warned me it can only be done once, yet the shipping company (FEDEX) contacted me the week prior and assured me they were rerouting me item to the appropriate address. They never did and I was assumed to be a liar, although the pkg had been deployed all the way to the state next to me, then rerouted to 6 states over. I can't make this up, but I'll never use this company again. No advertising equals missed revenue for my company.
