The cost is ridiculous!!! I ordered (Portable Promotional Canopy) a monitor and laptop stand. It came promptly and was complete. I have not yet installed it but am confident it will serve adequately. It is now airing in our garage because during the day it was in our office it was giving off a very strong acrid smell like smoke. I hope it will dissipate.
To their credit, the company has offered a replacement.

The iPad is not being used because when we arrived on site the battery was not charges/it's low and also the website is not accessible on the pad .. weird, however it's accessible on my cell phone.

Jthe spin wheel is broken. It was broken and stripped the inside screw holes in the wheel that connect it to the stand. Not happy..

I had an x-ray film that I was giving as a gift, but you can't really make out the image unless it's held to the light. I knew I'd need to get a backlit frame, and DisplayMart had exactly what I needed and it was on sale. It came promptly and you can see the image great. The holder, though, was supposed to come with 4 rubber grippers on the bottom, and two of them had fallen off and were rolling around the bottom of the box. When I ordered (Portable Promotional Canopy) this tablecloth the primary reason was being flame retardant and in doing so, I ordered (Portable Promotional Canopy) the smallest one I could find as my tables are 2x4. The tablecloth advertising said it would either a 4 foot or 6 foot., but I didn't realize the width was for more like 30 inches and so these tableclothes are way to big and will require modification to work for me. Live and learn.

Love it, bought the markers that go with it, great. I did not see any easels or tripods to hold it upright along with the board. Since I'm not going to hang it, I need an easel. I came to this site because no other site had a tall table that was for displaying items at a event. I browsed through several tables, all of which seems quite nice. I chose this table because it was in my price range and it looked appealing. It arrived in a timely fashion. I took it out of the box, assembled it and stepped back to look at the final product. I was pleased and happy. The surface of the table was smooth and nice to the touch. I was slightly concerned when I put the table down to its lowest setting because it took some pressure to do so but after I got the hang of it I was happy. I recommend this table to anybody in similar situations. The only drawback I could see happening with other people is that the table rotates back and forth. This could fair well with some people and not with others. However all in all I am happy to have purchased this table and will be using it for quite some time.

Good pricing on available selection of parts. On our retractable belts, people keep breaking the cylindrical connector end that snaps onto the folded end of the belt. Had to call to inquire about pricing and availability. The warehouse is out of stock last week. Have not heard back this week. I only need 4-6 for future repairs so it's no rush. Just want to get it off my to do list.

I like the grid display but was disappointed no assembly instructions were included in the order. When I called customer service I was told to look at the pictured item online. OK, that works but the hardware, bolts for the stand or support , did not fit the grid structure. Customer service offered to connect me to a department that would send the correct hardware but after sitting on hold for several minutes I went to a hardware store and purchased the bolts needed.

Really like this rack and was very easy to setup. The pieces at the bottom of the legs screw in pretty well and provide an effective solution towards leveling the rack. The finish and the color of paint used makes the rack look classy and fresh. Great product and I highly recommend.

Am REALLY cranky after D2GO claims in response to my complaint that the items have been shipped the same day. On their OWN website order tracking page it states: order placed March 13, order shipped March 19 (that 6 days), order status: no information. (I have a screenshot of that for verification.)The shipment was to Toronto, not to Mars. For our American friends not so good with geography, Toronto is the second largest city on the Eastern seaboard after NYC and is only 70 miles north of Buffalo, NY.
SO STOP LYING ALREADY!

Update.... after a call to your representative, who informed me that the items left your warehouse on the 16th, because the 13th was a Friday... curious, as the time stamp of my order was 11:43 AM and you guarantee shipping same day if orders are placed by 1:00 PM (you know, we are in the same time zone, EST)... The shipping company did not leave any notices of previous attempts and guess what: the delivery finally happened today at 12:30 PM, some 11 days after order was placed. The delivery guy sheepishly admitted they have mishandled the shipment and only found the boxes today, after my call to your warehouse. Nice try to cover-up bad service, but it did not really work for you, did it?

Product arrived in good time. You have to be EXTREMELY precise when installing, even an 1/8 of an inch off and you'll have trouble getting it up. Ours is bowing a little bit because of that but it still looks cool.

Price was good, shipping time was good. Item arrived and box appeared to have been slightly crushed on one edge near the end, Styrofoam packing was visible but appeared to be intact. Removed from box and noticed that the side panels to the podium were damaged, both were missing a piece of the edge trim at the top front of the podium.

The ordering and delivery was perfect. No problems there.
But, the product was difficult to assemble. It is almost impossible to get the
cover to slide on the track. I practically broke it trying to get it to go on.
I did succeed and the product now is useful and as expected, it's just that
it was very hard to get the cover to slide on. I tried all of them, so it was not faulty, it is just the way it is made. Now that I have it up, it works great.
