Customer Service with DisplayMart is wonderful, no questions asked they replaced 2 defective products & recommended another which works much better. The only problem is that the products require good customer service, because they're not all that great. Like I said, two were defective and the third works, although I had to create my own solution to a stand leg which kept collapsing on itself -- I wish the products just worked as they were supposed to the first time! I was pleasantly surprised how heavy the base was. The black spacer between the 2 plexi sheets are helpful to keep sign in place and act as background for smaller signs. They are a little taller than expected and because they are so heavy it takes a cart to maneuver them around our large commercial office building. Minor adjustments had to be made to the bolt that you screw the pole into because it was cross threaded but an easy fix. overall very satisfied with style, height, and quality.

I've made at least 4-5 orders. Everything from sign holders to entire counters. Product is good but THREE of my orders have contained broken items - or items which are missing screws / parts don't fit right. Cust service said they can only replace ONE item. That's ridiculous! What the hell am I'm suppose to do with broken stuff??
And the shipping is WAY TOO HIGH!
U can't complete with overstock's free shipping! If u had cheaper / free shipping ud sell a LOT more!!
Also hate that u have to buy in groups/ sets!

These stands worked great for our Kids Paint night! They are fully adjustable so you just play with them a little and they gave a sturdy surface for an 11x14 flat canvas. For hard or rough strokes you have to hold the canvas just a little, but generally speaking if you are trying to keep costs low and want a decent easel! I highly recommend this! We decided to keep them for the next paint night, but they are so affordable you could opt to let the artist take it with them to display their painting!

They charge $25 if you accidentally forget to outline your font when you submit artwork and need another proof -- a DIGITAL proof. And when we had a serious problem with an order that wasn't going to arrive on time, they did not do anything to help us. Would not even agree to cancel or refund any part of the order, citing the proof had been approved. Not a good company to use if you are human and will make mistakes from time to time. I have switched to [external reference] and they are so much nicer and better priced.

Ordered about 10 different products in quantity. Charged me 10.00 extra for broken case. Products were all listed in stock but 1. After no communication for 10 days I called and guy said its back ordered (Advertising Promotional Canopy) and will ship in 10 days. So we will see what happens in 10 days.
Quick email response, $10.00 credit and immediate shipment of available products. I was surprised by initial result, because I am a long time customer and have always had great service. To be fair rep said the box was checked on website to ship all together, I never saw that option, I looked for a ship stocked items and over looked it. Thanks for fast response after review.

Ordering process and ship time were great. Product was self build and we knew that but none of the three sets had any instructions. Made in China stickers with never removable glue was a nuisance. Fairly self explanatory job putting together for a handy person. some parts were non functioning / non fitting but handy person able to bend or re-thread as needed. A non handy person would have been out of luck and in trouble.

The tables are technically within what we are looking for.
Bistro tables that are portable for one person, with fitted black table cloth.
Ideally, it should be easy to manage and a sustainable for weekly use.
Unfortunately- the posts are a little too big for the base, so once it is in- you actually have to have it cold and more than 1 person working on it to get it to come back apart.
The material for one came with snares in it and the other one started to pull apart as soon as we put it on the table.
If a customer service person is unable to reach out to me through this survey, I will contact the company by the end of the business day to see how to proceed.

DisplayMart is a good company but I almost didn't order from them bc their shipping is so high priced. I payed 1/3 of my cost in shipping which is outrageous. The racks were a fair price. I received them quickly which I appreciated. Once here, one of my three racks was not damaged but the sign in front was lopsided. It looks like it was improperly welded to begin with. I was frustrated with the response time but once I spoke with a customer service rep it was a good experience after that. She was prompt & polite. I will order from them again if I can afford the shipping.
