Good day,
I recently placed an order with DisplayMart and was thrilled with the product however there was a huge misunderstanding about the delivery of the product. When asked about delivery method I stated that these were not in any rush! When I was given the quote of almost $3k I questioned the amount because I was totally taken a back and I was told this was the ONLY way that they could be shipped. I am NOT happy with the cost of the freight and I feel as if I was taken advantage of since I said I did not need them quickly. My office manager called and tried to get someone to assist us but to no avail. Because we have used DisplayMart numerous times I thought that we could have split the cost but that was not even offered to a long standing customer. To me that is disappointing and not very good customer service.

The title says it all, but DisplayMart did a great job of getting our new lectern to us even quicker than we expected and well packed and in great condition. The price was excellent, as well. Shipping wasn't super cheap, but given the size and weight, it was actually quite reasonable. All in all we had a great experience, and I would definitely order from and recommend DisplayMart again.

The product is junk!
Upon assembly the screws wouldn't go in because not one whole was drilled nearly deep enough. A 15 minute assembly took 2 hours!
Also I found several other credit card charges on my bill that I did not authorize.
I will not buy from this company again!

I ordered (Printed Promotional Canopies) a drawing board with a chalk board on one side and a white board on the other. I was replacing one that had been broken. My daughter is a tall 8 year old. This board is short and small, probably perfect for a 3 or 4 year old. Once she saw it, she wanted to keep it but it was much more expensive and much smaller than the previous one she had. I will let her keep it because she is anxious to get back to drawing but I would not recommend for children over 5. Quality is good but size and price are not.

The literature rack looks nice but went together with some difficulty. The screw driver it came with stripped immediately so we had to track down a different one that would fit. We were hoping to bring this to trade shows seeing as it came with a carrying case but there is too much that goes into putting it together and taking it apart we will just keep it in our showroom.

The product came in a timely manner and was well packed. The product is very attractive. However, the screws were too small and just turned the press board into saw dust. I had to drill holes and use bolts to secure the top and bottom to the frame. It is very sturdy now and I am not concerned that it will fall apart. You might want to consider this format of attachment. I am very pleased with the product.

I ordered (Printed Promotional Canopies) two snap frames for concession stand at High School. Frames are very nice and easy to install. Only negative is that on both frames the locks were stripped. Allen wrench just turns around and so that feature will not be working on our frames.

First time order. We purchased clear poster hangers and they are fantastic! They make our office look very professional. Giving a 4 rating because it took longer to understand the directions than it did to hang 5 posters. Directions could use a little more information. Great product that disappears on the glass windows so that a person's eye catches the picture and verbiage on the poster and nothing else! It was super easy to pick out and order what we needed, excellent product description, price was the lowest we could find and our order arrived in a couple of days - well packaged. I loved them until I went to check out and most of my desired items were out of stock. If it was only one or two items I would understand, but it was most of my order and they seemed to be very basic items. Kind of like a grocery store being out of milk and eggs. The shipment of what I did order arrived quickly an accurately.
I provided similar feedback and even tried to offer advice, but the chat rep seemed impatient.

The product itself is where I had my issue. I was not sent the right screws to put it together. The instructions I received were awful. It is literally just a drawing of what goes where, but certain parts were already put together. You absolutely cannot put it together with the parts given to you. We needed to break screws off to get parts apart, to attach it to the pole. We also needed our own 7-inch long screwdriver just to screw in the shelf and top section to the pole.

The most detailed instructions I received, were for a stand I didn't order.

I called customer service, and the woman on the phone was very nice, but I didn't get a call back from the quality team like I requested. I called customer service back a few hours later. They had to ship me the correct screws overnight.

This was not a cheap stand. For the amount I paid, I expected better step by step instructions, notification on the instructions that you need other tools to put it together (that are not included), and the correct hardware within the shipment.

I needed a clear acrylic frame to mount a piece of sports memorabilia. DisplayMart had the perfect frame that closed magnetically. The piece looks great and can now be handled safely. Fast shipping too. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars was the $10 open case fee I had to pay. Still happy though.

My husband gets a lot of magazines and likes to keep them handy; this rack works perfectly by his lounger for easy access to whatever he is looking for while also keeping the floor and side tables clear of magazines. I will be ordering one for my back office. My only "complaint" was the hole where the pin was to be placed had to be drilled a little bigger.

I had purchased a hook and loop retractable banner a couple of years ago from DisplayMart, and was very happy with that purchase, it came quickly and works well. I recently ordered (Printed Promotional Canopies) some black floor easels for an event, that unfortunately was not of the same quality as the banner. The hardware was rusted and one easel was missing a major component. However, I called them immediately, and they are replacing the easel with the missing part and giving me a refund for the rusty hardware that I can replace locally (faster than having them ship me new hardware). While I was disappointed with the quality of the easels upon arrival, the customer service to fix the problem was excellent.

I had some issues with the website when ordering. Every time I updated the quantity of the bar table covers I wanted, it would clear out the other items in my cart. Finally I was able to correct it and place my order. Unfortunately, once I received the receipt I realized my order only included 3 instead of the original 9 I had entered. I called customer service and the woman I spoke with was quick to resolve the issue. She placed an order for the additional 6 I needed and gave me the next level discount to make up for the price break I would have gotten. I was very happy with the service I received and how quickly everything arrived. The tables and covers look great and we are looking forward to using them at our trade show in September.

Directions were terrible and I had too many screws and washers left over. I know some maybe for mounting on a wall, but I made it work putting it together my own way. Had trouble turning the keys for the lock panel to open - felt like I was going to break the keys trying to open the metal locking case. Also, a small dent in the iPad metal casing itself. Overall it works, but if someone stole this stand they would be able to break into it, bottom line.

Purchased 2 spinning prize wheels. Arrived quickly, not too difficult to assemble. Made of cardboard, but surprisingly sturdy. Only reason 4 instead of 5 is because the front panel had a crease in it, but didn't affect it's function. Would purchase again.

Our item arrived quickly, was reasonably priced, and was as described but arrived with some damage that we chose to repair rather than return. The wood display rack had some pieces separate from the items sliding around in the box during shipping and some damage done to the box.
