Unfortunately the screw on the base is slightly crooked so when I threaded the vertical pole onto the base, it screwed in crooked and therefore the pole leans to one side slightly. Customer service reps are generally amicable, but not all that helpful. If you have an issue and open a chat they typically just say there isn't anything they can do and to call them. They are not very eager to help solve your issue, they just say it's out of their hands. Leave yourself extra time between ordering and when you need it in hand because their production time is usually the max they quote you or even longer. In general I would prefer not to use them, but they have the best trade show supplies.

Was surprised when I unpackaged the unit and found it to be built better than expected. Very solid and secure when mounted to the wall and extended. The only negative thing to comment on was the inability to access the tilt adjustment. If the button head screws were instead hex, then you could access them and tighten them after adjustment. All and all I'm happy with the unit especially when you factor in the price!

Haven't received the display so I can't say...anything but it is slow and you will receive about a million emails spam... may not be worth it... but again we don't have the product after two weeks so.... if a long wait is acceptable to you might be worth it. I wouldn't recommend due to delays and cost is high.

This is a very attractive stand and perfect for an office or trade show booth setting if you plan to only use for magazines. If you're looking for a solution to display a supply of 10 or more literature pieces per pocket - this is not your solution. Look at some of the other options DisplayMart provides with deeper pockets. I unfortunately had to return mine after realizing the pockets on this model really only accommodate one or two magazines and not multiple copies of a company brochure.

Note - this piece is somewhat collapsible for shipping to trade shows, however it will be a long rectangle size. You will eventually need to replace the cardboard box it initially comes in as it's not a durable box for multiple shipping purposes.

In my opinion it was pretty good quality. I bought the 2 tiered cardboard display in gloss black. It was easy to assembly and was fairly sturdy. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone. I am happy I could make small purchases too. My only wish is that the display was black everywhere and that the craft color didn't show on the shelves. Other than that it seems to be a great deal!

For the last 2 - 3 years, my company has ordered (Outdoor Promotional Canopy) these frames and been satisfied with the general quality. Some are poorly constructed - but most are in good shape when they arrive. I have waited over 5- 6 months to reorder -they were unavailable until recently. After receiving the new order - I was surprised to get a different product under the same skew number. Frame is thicker and although web site describes that the matte is for 8 x 10 picture, it really measures 7 1/2 x 9 1/2. This meant that we had to recreate our member certificate to fit both old and new frames and also recreate our list in the spreadsheet. I called customer service and they did give me a 15% discount - but still have not changed the web site to reflect the changes I told them about - so how many other customers are going to be surprised when they find the measurements are not correct???

The stand we purchased is sturdy and well constructed.
It all came in one box, the delivery guy wasn't too happy hauling this 75 lb box. With that, the box was ripped and dented, but the product was in great shape. Only lost two screws.

Direction to assemble were good enough. Bolts, screws, and tool well mark for where they were to be used.
