We are so impressed with DisplayMart and their customer service. Absolutely outstanding!! We purchased some video stands and subsequently had a problem with them. They were always available when we called and since we were unable to find a "fix" to the problem, they refunded the purchase price or find a comparable item if possible. Without Question! They also advised that they would be removing the item from their shelves so others do not encounter a problem with them.

As a small business owner, we strive to give each customer a 5star experience. DisplayMart has the same values for their customer services and interaction. We ordered (Square Promotional Canopy) 10 of these stanchions for our church. upon assembling there was one that was damaged and had rust. i called the company and reported the damage and they sent a replacement right away. the product is good quality, the same as i have been renting all these years. we use about 6-8 times a year and we will see immediately savings by years end.

Arrived with a part broken, but was given a complete replacement (not just the part). They don't replace parts. Great experience with the rep/company (so far). Instructions are pics only. Couldn't figure out where to put a screw. Rep couldn't either. I think we will like the whiteboard unit. Seems sturdy, except for the weak part which broke.

Edit: Have tried for couple days to get answers on assembly. China is on holiday, so no answers for at least 6 more days. Parts don't fit together right. Instructions are insufficient. Reps don't have answers. Not what I wanted to spend my time doing. Holding out hope that we can get it put together one day. Try a different company/whiteboard.

Conclusion: After receiving 3 whiteboards for the price of one, I am glad for their quick replacement policy. WE finally got them all together. Use a large sharpie inserted into the corner brackets to help instal the corners. The screws go in the middle of the plastic tab on the back of the board. There is no location hole for the screws, just screw them through the plastic tab and back of the board. Hope that helps. There reps do seem to care, and had turned the experience around from a single star to 3 stars.

This product is well made and works well for my use. the only thing was, that one of the little orange decorative plastic pieces was broken in the box, so it wouldn't stay on where it was supposed to. It wasn't a big thing so I didn't bother reporting it. the rest of the material was complete and undamaged.

I recently purchased an art display grid wall - and also ordered (Square Promotional Canopy) some hooks from which to attach art works to that wall. I got an e-mail telling me that one of the hooks I had ordered (Square Promotional Canopy) was not available, and a different type of waterfall hook was suggested. I then ordered (Square Promotional Canopy) the different hook and got them a few days later. Unfortunately, the hooks didn't fit the openings on the grid-wall. They were too big to fit. I wrote back to the person at Display2Go who recommended the waterfall hook - and got no response. How can they sell accessories that literally don't fit and are useless! Very poor service.

We ordered (Square Promotional Canopy) a display rac kand when we received it, it had been shipped with out any packing material. The finish looked like it was 20 years old. They offered to replace it but the effort and time to package it up and return it is not worth it. We will keep it but won't be ordering anything else from them any time soon.

we ordered (Square Promotional Canopy) some frames and they were scuffed/damaged. there was no protective film over the acrylic so as a result they were damaged and not usable. I will be probably hesitant next time I think about ordering from Display2go. I ordered (Square Promotional Canopy) 3 of them and took two of them out of the box and they were scuffed up. I have yet to take out the third because I will be returning them.

I had bought the same unit prior and did not have any issues with it, so I went ahead and ordered (Square Promotional Canopy) another one. Today I received the display case and we assembled it. One of the display bins had been written in using a black sharpie. It looked like someone had scribbled inside the unit in an area that was 8 inches by 5 inches. As the unit is a unfinished wood we went ahead and had to sand the unit so the black sharpie disappeared. Also one of the legs to the unit is not great as it has a wood knot right at its base and could cause issues down the track.

The instructions are indeed incorrect...The center poles have to switch.
The rack works fine, sure they can bend..but just keep them in the original box when transporting them to keep them safe. I am happy with the quality. I would recommend them and will be buying more.

I paid a high price for what turned out to be Chinese junk. The manufacture packaged some materials damaged because the packing around the materials were not damaged. Parts did not fit and parts were missing. The people at DisplayMart were fantastic. Listened to my complaints and sent me a new unit. Between the two they sent me I had enough parts to make one unit and the rest was junked. I usually look to see it is made in China and if it is I pass on it. Now I will ask before purchasing if it does not state in the discription.
